I meant that I don´t buy CDS 3000ppm, take a certain amount of that to put into water and then get the disired ppm. I make 1 liter of fresh CDS 150/175ppm daily and drink the whole amount over the course of 10
hours.

Here in Bulgaria at the Health Restoration Centre I am volunteering at patients have put 1-2 drops of DMSO into each dose each hour. Maybe you could try that.
