Hello.
I would like to know if it is possible to take vitamins and MMS treatment in the same day: vitamins in the morning and MMS in the afternoon.
Thanks

@ TerryP : Be aware that new users of this forum have their post(s) vetted before public display. This forum is barraged by trolls and dirty rotten scoundrels that sign up to disrupt or attempt to profit from your viewership. It is sad to report that most new registries these days are in those categories. I am a volunteer not a paid position - so I'm not in front of the screen all the time - so sometimes there is a lag in legitimate posts showing up. Welcome aboard!

You would want to follow the Health Recovery Plan (HRP) in Jim Humble's latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. When following the HRP you always begin by following the Starting Procedure.

I've been reviewing my post from almost 2 years ago. what I didn't add was the following. Right after my last post here I coughed up a huge amount of phlem that night, took a deep breathe and knew that I had beat it. My oxygen level has been in the high 90's ever since. I do not have to use mms everyday just to breathe. I use a maintenance protocol which works for me and hot baths with mms/dmso occasionally. So grateful I kept on keeping on. A good reason for that was that if I stopped mms I couldn't breathe. That right there should have told me it was working. At one point I thought I may have to do this 8 hours a day for the rest of my life. Fortunately I soon was able to go one, two, three, etc days/weeks/months and oxygen level returned to optimal. Thank you all for your support.

That should not be a problem. If some DMSO gets into your bloodstream, that is fine.

"DMSO may be applied topically to the affected area, injected, or taken by mouth."
