List of vegetables, fruits, herbs, oils, seeds Vitamin C & E (antioxidant) was created by Lopez2017
Some people get better from their infection disease and some people do not cure.
In mms protocol is said to no use antioxidant, vitamin C and E is antioxidant.
In our daily food is full of antioxidants include vitamins C and E.
Antioxidants Vitamin C and E are in many vegetables, fruits, seeds, oils and herbs.
It is almost impossible to apply MMS protocols without using vitamin C and E antioxidants
Mms protocol says no use antioxidants (vitamine C and E).
I have tried to make a list of vegetables, fruits, oils, seeds and herbs with Vitamin C and E
This is not a complete list I have found this and share this with you. People who know more can add namen vegetables, fruits, oils, seeds and herbs with Vitamin C and E to the list and make list complete for us all.

The effectiveness of MMS can be canceled out when mixed with certain foods which are particularly high in antioxidants.
Let me say, that just because a food is labeled as being antioxidant, it might not be particularly high in antioxidants, and thus it is not a given that it will necessarily cancel out MMS.

Thanks for the pdf file.
I understand that we can eat our daily food with vitamin C and E with lower value.
Then that would not affect the functioning of MMS, theoretically, I assume that the value of antioxidant absorbed by the food must be lower than mms molecules so that mms affects the healing and cure the disaes.

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

This is my TESTIMONY aside from the antioxidant property concerns.
The product, [ balance of nature ] and vitacost [ 42 fruits and vegetables ] I ingested 10 capsules of the latter and went to bed, , that was a cpl months ago ,and when I got up, my feeling of well being was at least twice what it had been prior to bedtime.
It's an incredible product for those trying to fight a specific disease or just feeling worn out, but be aware to not ingest these type items within the same hour of taking mms.
In fact, if you mms in the morning then you may wish to take this in the evening but may be able to take it after an hour, I never tested the option on myself.

I have no experience with product [balance of nature] and vitacost [42 fruits and vegetables.

But what is low value? Is the value between 0.1mg to 100mg or other value.
This is very important if we know what the boundary value is, then we avoid foods with higher antioxidant value.
