Checking Jim Humble's three books, I did not find any references to gangrene.

From what I read on the internet, there are different types of gangrene and various causes, one being bacteria caused. If your client's gangrene is caused by a bacteria, then MMS should help taken internally and applied externally.

I have heard for years that Manuka honey is effective against gangrene.

Barnabas, there is a lot of information on the internet about non-pharma gangrene healing. Here is one source:

www.curezone.org/forums/search.asp?q=Gangrene&action=Search

They even have a Gangrene Forum at curezone.org.

You may be able to use locally available herbs, un-processed honey, etc for healing gangrene when reading about how others were successful at treating this condition.

Let us know what works for you.
