How to Take DMSO Orally for Lower Body Muscle and Joint Aches and Pains

Where may I find specific instructions on how to take DMSO orally for lower body muscle and joint aches and pains most likely due to a yet-to-be-diagnosed autoimmune disease?  It's too widespread to apply topically so I need instructions for oral ingestion.  I've seen many general references for oral dosing, but no specific instructions.  I need help on creating the proper dilution, dose amount and frequency.  This level of detail doesn't appear to be readily available in any of the references I've checked.  Only general mentions.
