Hi , Fiona. Good to hear from you! Yes, I have done it. Diluted 50:50 with distilled water( or reverse osmosis water). You will find that the solution will heat up slightly when you dilute. Adding mms/cds immediately prior to application will also benefit elimination of bacteria and therefore infection.

Thank You so much Paul. I discover slowly all beneficial of DMSO and I'm enthusiastic. I get also book about DMSO and read it at once. Incredible. Decide to drink it every day one teaspoon.
I use alvays sterilize wather for any dilution in my opinion it's better. Distiled is distiled is still not sterilized. What do you think?
Thanks again for your answer-wish You all the best and nice day.

One question more-do you know how much water I have to drink with one teaspoon of DMSO ?
Is it one teaspoon of water or more ? In this combination become 50: 50.
But If I drink this teaspoon of DMSO with one glas of water-won't be diluted too much ?
I have no clear idea about !
