I have found it best when going to consume it for myself that mixing it was apple sauce --- 1/4 to a 1/2 teaspoon was the only way I could eat it.
I had tried water, soup, yogurt - totally disgusting, and probally a few things I don't remember.

A teaspoon in a good cup of water doesn't bother me at all!
Except for being murky water, it just doesn't taste much of anything.
What does it taste like to you?
Compared to a mix of MMS say, 4 or 5 drops (yuck), this stuff is almost like drinking plain water to me.

Hi!
Clay can be thinned down and simply drank if you wish or with food. If you find it disgusting then perhaps you don't have a good quality Clay. There should be little or no taste. Mine has a mild taste and is a little bit gritty. I have a jar of it done up and take a 2 ounce shot glass at a time then rinse it down with more plain water.
The jar is a quart jar with 8 rounding tablespoons of clay, filled jar with water and shake for 1 min. Let set open for 15 min. Put on lid, can leave on counter, no need to refrigerate and you are good to go.
So again, if it tastes bad to you then your clay is not a good quality. Here is a link to the clay I buy:

I made changes to this post as I totally screwed it up! I was mistakenly thinking DE as clay. The above post has been changed to clay. So sorry.
