I have had some success with MMS1, mostly in the testosterone area, another is sleep and a little hair growth on my head. Something I have always had but my hair would always fall back out in a week or so . I have had better results in sugar levels but it seems to have tapered off. I would like to know what vitamins I can have while I am on this and can they be taken after I finish the eight hours or while I am taking the MMS1 during the eight hours? I have also developed ringing in my ears and don't remember exactly when it started but it was after I started the protocol.I take detox baths on a regular basis or sometimes sweating in the suana.I have been on the MMS1 for about four months on a real regemented basis. A week ago I didn't get my order in on time and I missed three days but am back on it now.I see on the forum some say you can take a vitamin and some say you can not take any vitamin whatsoever. Can you please clear that up for me in you return answer?I am willing to take whatever measures I need to accomplish the results I am hoping for. I hate this dreadful desease as I know many do. If you been 4 month on MMS you can stop an use The maintenance shot before going to bed. 6 drop shot ( 12 after activated) that Way you can Start populating your digestive system with good bacteria. Sound like you have some cándida problem. Base On your foot nail fungus. After 4 month you tongue should be pink in The top instead Of White. My understanding is that Type-2 Diabetes is caused by an incorrect diet. You can search the Net for info about that.

Doesn’t it say in the book not yo take DMSO with MMS1 and MMS2? Maybe I misread it!

The pancreas needs enough iodine and chromium to function correctly in relation to insulin sensitivity.
