Having started this thread some time ago, I can now confirm that I have stopped all my medicines because my blood sugar levels are under control. this I believe has been done by a combination of the MMS and diet. I went on the raw food diet and within 14 days I was able to cut down my medicine and then I was able to stop it completely by day 25. It required a lot of will power and help from my family but boy was it worth it, I lost weight (not that I was particularly overweight) and I feel much better. I take the maintenance doses of MMS now and have changed my diet for good. Just wanted to share!!!

This is great Blueboy!

Not easy to eat all raw all the time, especially in the winter. Could it be that as you get rid of all pathogens you will not have to be so strict?
unless that's what you want to commit for life.

Hi ,

good news,

Raw for 25 days !

But what about the rest of your life?

I `m trying to take a lot of raw food during the day,but as i am a active person(not a sitter) IT`S hard to go on only raw.
i also need proteine and sugar like 1 slice of bread a day..
I`m living on the country side, horses etc

Hi Bird,

The point is that eating raw food should be a diet change for good, the eating of only raw food helps you get off the medicine but as you say you should live with this all your life. I would consider myseld as an active person also and live in a location where raw food is not the easiest to get. However I made the commitement and did it, i have now completed my 3rd month now and have introduced some cooked food back to my diet. I now eat soups and some cooked vegetables but still avoid meat, dairy, Coffee and bread. We all have to live in the real world so I agree that it is simply not possible to avoid all the bad stuff, but everything in moderation.

Believe me I am not going to sound as if i a preaching but I am proof that with the right diet changes Diabetes can be reversed. I have read alot of Dr Furhman from the USA, who seems to make some sense to me.

Hope this helps

Hi Blueboy,

Thank you!

I would really appreciate it if you could give me some details what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Raw food is no problem because i have fantastic stores in the neighborhood, but i mean ,if you are active all day is your energy level good enough by only eating raw?and by the way,you can eat bread if you do exercise after.I found out if i eat a sandwich and take my bike for 1-1/2 hour my blood sugar is normal.

bird

ps. so mms did`t cure your diabetis?

Firstly I think the mms helped, I am still taking the maintenance doses and will continue to do so. I usual started the day with several fruits such as grapefruit, banana, apple etc, I used to take a bag of mixed unsalted nuts with sultanas to work with me. I would then have a salad for lunch, and usually a salad for dinner, I would mix the salads up by using avocado, cabbage, bean sprouts, beans, alfalfa and anything I could get my hands on. I also eat more fruit is I felt hungry and more nuts.

I was a little hungry in the early few days but realised that there is no limit to the size of the salads, I used to have a large bowl at dinner time. I found that after the first few days my energy levels went up and I started to feel good. I didn't eat bread because I think this is where I have problems, I used to eat too much but now I eat it occasionally.

Towards the end of the month I cheated on two occasions by eating some fish but this made no difference to my levels.

By the way I still try to eat a salad at last once a day, and really enjoy it.
