In Jim Humble's brushing your teeth procedure as spelled out in MMS Health Recovery Guidebook Revised Edition, 2 ounces of water are added to 5 drops of MMS1.

But I'm now using CDS instead of MMS1 because it's so much easier.

Thinking that 5 drops of MMS1 = 5 ml CDS, I've been using that formula to brush my teeth, which right now is very important for me because I've learned that dental anesthetics are not to be trusted at present; I'm using CDS to help me avoid dentristry as long as possible.

However, the 5 ml CDS irritates my throat a little bit.

So, I'm wondering whether 5 ml CDS is too much?

I recently read, and I can't remember where, as I have been doing a heck of a lot of reading.

But it said:

1 drop of mms(1) = 1-2 ml of cds

I interpret that as

1 drop of mms(1) = 1.5 ml  of cds

As for your question, I don't know enough yet to answer it.

Are you adding the 5ml of CDS to 2 oz of water? I use a pretty strong solution to brush my teeth. I don't swallow it because I'm using tap water but even gargling I sometimes get a little irritation. It goes away and I pretty much take it as one of the very few side effects of CL02.

I also do 7-10 drop doses internally 2-3 times a day and sometimes get bthe same irritation. I just live with it. Too many great benefits to let it bother me I guess. FWIW, I had a tooth that started having some issues. Cold or hot biting down would give me some pretty serious pain. That's when I started using the heavy concentration for brushing and irrigation. 2 days later the pain was gone and hasn't come back.

Using MMS1 internally and externally produce very different amounts of CLO2.

One fully activated drop of MMS can produce 8mg of CLO2 when in stomach acid.

The same 1 drop MMS1 dose used externally can produce 0.8mg of CLO2.

Both MMS1 and CDS are very acidic and can soften tooth enamel. Measure the pH of your teeth brushing solution and if it is acidic, I would not brush with it as you could brush off your tooth enamel.

Attached is a safe method of using MMS1 or CDS for brushing teeth.

I should add that I'm also adding the 15 drops of DMSO that Jim Humble mentions for deep penetration, and yes I'm using the 2 ounces of water that he recommends, and that I'm actually brushing my gums, mostly, rather than my teeth.  (And I floss before brushing.)

Measure the pH of your teeth brushing solution . . .

What should I use to do this?

In Jim Humble's brushing your teeth procedure as spelled out in MMS Health Recovery Guidebook Revised Edition . . .

I also have a copy of the PDF of Andreas Kalcker's Forbidden Health:  Incurable Was Yesterday.

On page 135 there is "Protocol J:  as in 'Joyful' Mouthwash."

Under the heading, there is the sub-heading "Notes," where it says, "While CD can also be used for the mouthwash (10 activated drops in 200 ml of water), CDS is the better choice due to its neutral pH that doesn't affect tooth enamel."

So, there is no need to test after all?

Also, I'd like to mention that in Jim Humble's book it says on page 310, ". . . I have come to realize, for multiple reasons too detailed to explain here, that an exact equivalent between CDS and MMS1 is not possible to determine."

You can pick up a ph tester on amazon. I just ordered one and will be testing both my CDS and a drop mix of CL02 when it comes in. It would be nice if the CDS were actually neutral.

Throughout his book AK keeps saying that CDS is "pH neutral", but that is not correct. The director of AK's research center in Mexico says this: (see attached PDF file)
