Your ambiguity lies not in the question but in the premise. The solution is dependent upon desired strength when made. There are MANY articles on this forum on the subject. Use the search function with "CDS" or "making CDS".

You can make CDS any strength you wish, up to around 25000 ppm, however Jim originally decided to keep it at around 3000ppm although that's not "set in stone" - with 3000ppm, 1ml=3 drops of MMS, so 1ml is a dose equivalent for most protocols. I, personally, think that might change over the next year or so (I think we're going to be looking at higher doses of CDS, but this is my opinion and not something that has been stated or written about) - When I make it, I usually make 6kppm. I have made a 12,500ppm, which I've used primarily for skin problems.

The only "formula way" of making CDS that will pretty often (if you do it exactly) give you a known ppm per amount of water and drops used, is the shotglass method of making it, and I can send you a PDF on that, if you would like.

Don't know that this helps, but it's a more through answer to your question. CDS has been out for just about a year - you might find it interesting reading the CDS threads, because they will give you the history and our experiments in making.

Actually, since Charlotte went back in and edited out all the text in her posts, I've moved them to the back - so you won't find them. However, she did give me permission to send her PDF out via email, so will be doing that.
