On my second 21 day 1000 protocol to get rid of flu, day 7 & I have a massive headache & feeling tired, detox symptoms?
Otherwise the protocol is doing great job of clearing out mucous, ect.

Yes, symptoms of detoxing, and probably overdosing, too. MMS may have found and opened up a biofilm causing lots of detoxing. Try reducing the dosage for a day or two and then go back up.

It is not necessary to reach 3 drops/hour when following P1000. That is the maximum dose, not a dosage goal. Some have recovered from stage 4 cancer taking only 1 drop/hour.
