Hcl strength

what difference does it make to use 5% strength Hcl instead of 4% to make CDH?
How do you dilute 5%Hcl down to 4%?

There is a 25% difference. On your calculator enter 4 + 25% = (the answer is 5) Try it yourself.

Anyone where I can purchase HCL?
I'm in western Canada
Also...is it ok to use commercial muriatic acid 20deg. 31.45% HCL...& dilute it down?
If so what ratio with water makes it 5% HCL?
