Sorry - your english is fine, BTW -
Your book is an older version - the new one has not been out much more than a year.
Protocol 1000 is to do 3 activated MMS drops every hour for 8 hours a day. The easiest way to do that is to take a liter bottle, like a sports bottle with markings on the side. Put 24 drops of MMS and the appropriate activator in the bottle (if you're using 50% citric acid, it would be 24 drops of that citric acid, activate 20 seconds)(if you're using lemon juice or vinegar, it would be 120 drops of those, activate 3 minutes) add liquid to the 1 liter mark. Drink your MMS in 8 hourly doses (125mL if a liter bottle, 4 oz if a quart bottle)
If it were me, since this is not life threatening this minute, I'd start out with 8 drops activated in the bottle, then go to 12 drops, then go to 16 drops, then 20 drops, then 24 drops, taking 5 days to work up to the 24 drops for the day.
Protocol 2000 builds on protocol 1000 - you add more drops of MMS1 to the batch (up to a max of 10 per hour), and you increase the number of hours you take it from 8 to 10 (or 12), and you add in something called MMS2 - which is calcium hypochlorite - -
But first I would start with protocol 1000. And yes, it doesn't matter which hours you take it, as long as you keep your doses 1 to 1.5 hours apart.
I've asked my friend what supplements she took for her lupus - (and it must have been systemic, because it was not on the skin and had to be diagnosed with blood tests) - will get that information for you when she sends it.
