Also i heard plastic is no good for distilled water and spring water. Is this true? Thank you in advance

Distilled water is sold in plastic bottles. They would not be food grade bottles. You can buy food grade plastic drinking bottles to use for taking mms. The BPA is not in these plastic bottles.
Around the home i use glass.
If one used a plastic non food grade,...use it for a week , toss it and get another to use if you feel a bit uncomfortable with the idea.
Ive done that. All plastic bottles just clean rinse them out first with water before useing for the days doseage.

MMS removes ,chelates metals from the body so the metal thermos is no good to use.

Thank you this helps alot, with that being said can i still use the thermos to store water or is that no good as well?

Since I believe not many people use CDS in 12000 ppm concentration, I thought I'd share what I do (taking into account that I'm only 10 days into Protocol 1000 and I'm not expert... yet).

I take a 1.5 liter bottle, fill it up with tap water, put 3cc of CDS into it. When I get to the office I drink the first one (trying to separate it at least 15 minutes from breakfast and pills). Then I put a timer every hour and drink half a glass (since it's very concentrated) or one full glass if I can take it. But before drinking, I add 2-3 drops of DMSO, I used to drink it right away but I found out recently that I have to wait 3 minutes for the DMSO to dissolve properly. I keep the bottle in a small fridge that I bought for my office. I only have a schedule problem when I go to a meeting or go to the gym, but I always come back to my office and drink it right away, but I always try to finish my bottle-

I'm trying to drink more a day to go to Protocol 2000, but so far the 1.5 liter is enough for my body because at the end of the 8 hour I get mild nausea.

BTW, what happens if you don't wait the 3 minutes after adding the DMSO? Does it upset your stomach or does it lose its effect?

Hope this helps, at least just for the records in case someone here uses the same concentration. Thanks.

A couple of things - most people actually are using the 3000ppm - not that it matters either way, as long as you get your dosing worked out.

If you make a daily bottle, better to use distilled or reverse osmosis water - if you are making a single dose, you can use tap water. The reason behind this is that you are having your CDS sit in the water for 8 hours. During that time it will expend some portion of itself "handling" things in the tap water - with distilled or reverse osmosis water, you don't have that issue.

If you are making a CDS dose, you can add the DMSO immediately upon making the dose. It's MMS that you have to wait 3 minutes after the water has been added for it to finish activating.

12000 ppm would use .25mL as a 3 drop mms dose equivalent. You are using 3cc, which is truly the equivalent of 12 x3 or 36 drops in your 1.5 liter bottle. If you are taking 1/8 of it an hour, you're getting 4.25 MMS equivalent drops a dose. So, you've already started up into the 2000 protocol

A good clue for me, is that when I think of 3 drops of 3000 ppm is 1ml/cc - so I use as a rule of thumb, that if I have 1ml/cc of 5000ppm, I've got 5 drops MMS equiv. If I have 1cc/ml of 12000ppm, I have 12 MMS drop equivalents - That might help you figure your dosing (not that you've asked for help) <G>.
