Hi Megg, I've just read through your thread here and oh my, what an incredible healing journey you are on! I have had asthma since I was 16, and it has only continued to get worse. Diet and attention to allergens was life saving for me. One thing that works extremely well is an alkalizing diet -- that completely clears up my breathing when I do it. But the cleanse part of that diet is hard to stay on and if you're depending on others to make your food for you, it is time consuming. One thing that you might be interested in doing though, to get more greens into your system in an easy way is to order some chlorophyll liquid. As you may know, chlorophyll is very close to our own blood chemistry and is very easy for the human body to assimilate. I get DeSousa brand from VitaCost online and they ship it right to my door :) I like that brand a lot because it doesn't have any added sugars or weird preservatives, and I think it's about $7 or $8 for a 16 oz bottle that I keep in my fridge. You can make a green drink from this by adding a quarter cup or so to a bottle of water that you have near you during the day. You can add lemon if you like. My son likes it with a little agave to sweeten it. But essentially it's an easy and simple way to get green power to your cells at a reasonable cost.

I've been doing the MMS protocol now for about a week and a half and my lungs were the first thing to start clearing up. Because I had been on the alkalizing cleanse for about a month prior to starting the MMS, I think my system was cleared out enough that I was able to start at 3 drops per hour. Of course I thought that if 3 drops an hour was good, 5 was better, and 10 better than that, so I wound up hugging my toilet more than once  and have had to back way off and am down to 3 drops an hour again. I have to keep reminding myself that slow is good. One step actually taken is more beneficial than jumping ahead and falling flat.

I do have to say that I am amazed that I am off all of my asthma medications (Advair, etc) COMPLETELY -- yay! And I'm not even doing the extreme diet/allergy cleansing stuff and I am still breathing just fine without meds. Miraculous! That's never happened before and it is clearly and directly attributable to starting the MMS protocol. I have other issues going on so I am trying to do the 2000 level protocol, but I wanted to tell you that this MMS has been life changing for me and it's only been a matter of a week and a half so far. Hang in there -- it will happen for you too!

Hi everyone. Just a quick note to say I am doing fine. No changes yet. The few things that HAVE happened but may not be related to the CDS is i have such dry skin. my skin is peeling on my fingers like i am shedding new skin. I have been more hungrier than normal and for me I AM a happy camper..I only weigh 83 lbs. I have maintained my weight since being on CDS. I want to gain more if I can. the breathing has kind of improved. Im not having the MAJOR attacks of gasping for breath like its my last. I still have those episodes but not as bad.I have been working very closely with Pam and she has been guiding me every step of the way. She is the best :) The one thing she did say was that the CDS may not be attacking the lungs yet due to there may be something else its going after . I do have other health issues so who knows. Well one thing I DO know is this I had swollen feet before taking MMS/CDS and now I am swollen free :) I have heart problems. I was in the hospital a few mths ago with congestive heart failure and my legs and feet were swollen bad then. up until I took MMS /CDS. Pray that it will soon do what I REALLY want it to do is help my breathing :) God Bless.stay strong..pray and be patient.

I'm so happy to hear that there is improvement for you Megg! That's wonderful! I have been having the same experience of other things clearing up, but "the main event" is still happening. I am so grateful that there is movement in a positive direction though!

Megg, I am so happy for your improvement already!!! increased apetite is very good for you, you need to gain some weight.

For me the best thing has been combining the MMS2 capsules with the MMS1. My lungs are so much better, it is amazing.
I am still taking only 2 or 3 capsules and today 13 drops of MMS1.

My doctor already gave me the prednisone in 1mg tabs instead of 10mg, so I can start decreasing very slowly.
For a couple of weeks I am going to take 9mg and then go down again to 8mg and see how long I have to stay at that.
My goal is to go down to 5mg and from there see if eventually I can go without it.

I am not coughing anymore, no noises in the lungs, I can walk much faster, ah... what a joy!

I am also not as allergic as I was to the environment and to foods. My apetite has increased also, and I need to loose weight,
but adding the Diatomaceous Earth has been excellent. It is helping with the sensitivity in my teeth from the MMS from becoming more acid.

I take 1 TBS in the morning diluted in water and another in the afternoon. It is so good for so many things, to detoxify, for parasites, to balance the pH,
helps with osteoporosis and much more. Have you read this article about it?

God bless you Megg, we are on the right path.

Megg, your beautiful spirit shines through everything you write.

I am sorry to hear that you've been ill, and at your weakest hour, taken advantage of by the drug dealers in white collared jackets. But amidst it all you have found true healing now, just wait and see. I have read over your whole journey and am encouraged by your story and growth. The learning curve with this MMS business is indeed sharp! You've inspired me to mix my own solutions as well!

The reduced inflammation in your feet is an especially wonderful sign, as inflammation is a serious cause of unwellness. The detox odor you experienced earlier and your increased appetite are great signs of beneficial change going on within.

It's wonderful that you've taken a slow and gradual approach. I look forward to your next update :)

Hi KJ..Evanir... Edi... Thank you for your support. I would NOT have gotten this far if it wasn't for Pam. She has been a tremedous help. I told her what I Was afraid of and what my goal was and what I'm aiming for and we are working on it. I want to be able to breath normally again ..well at least ALOT better than I am not. I am t the final stages of COPD so its going to be a long haul. Like I was told, whatever is going on inside of me and where this MMS is going its not going where I WANT it too ...hehe so it MUST be taking care of something else that I was not aware of or is trrying to break thru that biofilm that is on my lungs. We shall see. I will keep posting even if I DON't see anyting yet to let you all know what is happening. Do NOT give up. Be patient. God Bless
