MMS2 - max size capsule is 1/2 a size zero - some vendors are selling in size 3, which approximates that amount. Start with several granules (not a full 1/2 capsule) and work up to your 1/2 capsule. Start with 2 a day, then go to 3 a day, then to 4 a day, all doses at least 2 hours apart. Some people can work up quickly and others need a bit longer to work up - (our theme song is "low and slow" to prevent herxing - if you're really toxic, the chances are greater that you'll herx from die-off, so you want to go slowly to give your body a chance to expel the dead pathogens through the normal pathways.)

Meg,
Stay strong and committed to doing the Protocol. I am 69 years young and was working full time. I was told I have COPD and have been on Thyroid Meds for years (presently Armour and Levethroxine). I too have lost quite a bit of weight, at 100 lbs now. I know how scary that can be. Recently had great difficulty with breathing and was coughing up a lot of mucus.
On Thursday, Nov. 7th I started taking 1 drop of MMS and 1 drop of activator and added 4 oz of distilled water for 8 times daily.
No nausea or diarrhea so Friday I took 2 drops MMS and 2 drops of activator with 4 oz of water for 8 times daily. No nausea or diarrhea so Saturday I went to 3 drops MMS and 3 drops activator with 4 oz distilled water. On Sunday I did the same. Ohhhhhhhh, Sunday night my body told me that I needed to stay at 2 drops each for a little while. Loud growling from my tummy and trips to the "little room". Monday evening and things are calming down. I noticed this evening that I am able to breathe more fully and I am not coughing as much or excessive mucus. I am very much encouraged that there are positive things going on. I wish you much success on your new journey to feeling good again.

Me, my eating is out of control, gaining weight, have been sick, needing to slowdown and help myself instead of always others around me. I think that I shall go back to using the stuff 8 times a day again as I am better when I do.

Thank you and blessings aplenty and more. .

ok,

I can help the heart issues....

fish oil taken with megadoses of vitamin B5, along with magnesium spray...

when you combine vitamin B5 and fish oil, the heart uses it as energy.... very powerful.

magnesium will help any heart arrhythmias

the vitamin B5 will also help any thyroid issues....

Try to get over 5000 mgs a day of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)

Hi Meg,
If you are still having COPD issues I can tell you about something that worked for a friend that is not MMS. I think MMS is great and I use it so this is not against MMS but I know what worked for a friend after 40 yrs of smoking. In fact, after 1 month on it he went back to the dr and they said he did not fall under the spectrum of COPD any longer. It is called serrapeptase. I suggest you buy it from this company, I have no affiliation but the grade of the product is good. You go to this site (www.serrapeptase.info), then click to go to another site depending on your country to buy. You may have to take high doses in the beginning but it does works. I take it everyday myself.

All the best
Chris
