The protocal is 3 drops per hour but I had to go down to 1/2 drop per hour for the 1st couple of days and slowly increased the drops but it took me 21 days till my body could deal with the full protocal. When I switched to the CDS I still had to slowly work up to the 1cc per hour. I think my body was so sick and had so many toxins my reactions were huge and I'd like to spare you the problems I had because you already have enough of your own issues. I got my CDS from Michael Harrah who is on this site. Since you have stomach issues I would start with the CDS and go really really slow. I didn't any food problems while doing it. As I said it took me 21 days to work up to the amount you should take. Not everyone can do the protocal without working up to it, I know because I've been there. Hope this helps you as to the information.

Megg, the only thing NOT to eat are oranges or any juices that have ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate. Take your multivitamins or vitamin c - and your coffee - at least an hour before (prefereably 2 hours before) or 2 hours after your last dose. That's it.

Start slowly - make up a sports bottle that holds 32 oz (plastic, not metal) with your mms. First time use 4 drops of mms, 4 drops of citric acid (put them in a shot glass, you want them to be in a dry glass), let it activate for 20 seconds, add some water and add to your 32oz bottle, then fill it up with water. Drink 4 oz an hour. This will be 1/2 a drop a dose. You should be fine. If you're doing an hourly dose, try to eat on a half hour.

Once we see how this works for you (it may be just fine) we can decide what else to do. Keep us posted.

Megg,
You need to get in touch with Kevin.
He will certainly deal with the foods you
need to be eating (a major issue with your progress).

I don't know how I missed a section of some of this that Kevin and Pam wrote. Thanks Pam for the protocal that you listed bellow. I am going to try it that way. With the 32 oz sports drink bottle. The way you told me step by step is what I need because I get confused alot. You explained it clearly and step by step. Yes I will private message Kevin for som foods advice. I have to watch what I spend due to lack of finances but my son is willing to lend me money if it means me getting better he is all for it :) :) My husband is anxious to see me breath again after 3 long yrs of stuggling. Im just a little scared but I think I will be ok. Thanks to all of you for the support and encouragement I can do this. :) There has got to be MORE people out there that HAVE COPD like me and have taken MMS - CDS or whatever and aren't posting. I noticed that people that have taken it and they post with all the good news for a month or so then you don't hear from them again. Why is that? If this works for me TRUST ME I WILL be spreading the word.. OH A QUICK QUESTION...my husband wanted me to ask if bottled water is good to use with this because we do not use tap water in this town, it makes us sick.
Any suggestions on a multivitamin. I havent taken vitamins in yrs due to it giving me heartburn or indigestion. Sugar free -use Xyitol and we have a healthfood store I believe in town. Yes will call this place before my son goes.

We actually use distilled water - just use the most pure water you can find.

Again, take your vitamins away from your MMS - either before or after.

I also have a question - in the living room where I stay at and sleep in if I put MMS somewhere how far away should I put it? I have 4 cats that wander in here too and 4 dogs. The livining room measures 32' by 14'. I have yet to take any MMS. Was thinking on putting some in the air where I sit and what do I put it in and what dosage? Thank you all for all your help ...:)
