Hi everyone,
I need some help (Sorry for my english ).Can i take take my 8 hourly mms doses while fasting at night ? I mean iam in hollydays for a month and wanna do the protocol 1000 at night. i find this way easy for me. I know i have to stay away from arginine food so if i only do the protocol at night while fasting and then eating with moderation arginine food in the day do it works too? Or should i have to always stay on alkalin diet ? I have another one question i heard that eating more lysine food is better so if i take lysine supplement and and eat arginne food would it be increased my alkaline PH ? I heard also that people having not outbrerak during the protocol, so doesn't it means that mms doen't work ?

pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3702	I know of no where that Jim has spoken of an "arginine" diet, even for herpes - He definitely does NOT believe in the alkaline diet routine. shamsi Topic Author Offline Senior Member Posts: 47 Thank you received: 1	Hi Pam, First thank you for your quick reply I found a video on you tube thats said to stay away from arginine food i mean acide food so juste eating raw food vegetable So pam doesn't it means that i can ate everything i want like sugar , meat, frenchfries etc ?

BTW i found the article of jim humble about alkaline food i read he doen't believe in it but i didn't find about the diet i mean is there some specific food i should eat ?
