This question came up in another MMS group:

Hi friends:

My wife has just been diagnosed with

DEGENERATIVE OSTEOARTHRITIS

Please help me, take care of this disease experience
using MMS or DMSO or MMS2.

My answer:

Below is what Jim says in his new book. Jim says MMS may help with this type of arthritis but may not overcome it.

I can give a personal/familial testimonial about the Pete Egoscue methods Jim recommends. My father and my sister both have used Egoscue exercises to completely avoid back and knee surgery that would have been recommended. There is an Egoscue clinic here in Phoenix and so they went there to get invidualized advice. The results are almost miraculous when they walk in almost unable to move and then walk out moving freely. Many people can simply follow the exercises illustrated in the books though and get relief. They are very happy and have been doing the exercises for a number of years. It requires work and effort, but they consider it well worth it to avoid surgery.

Excerpt from Jim Humble, The Master Mineral of the Third Millennium (Get it now www.miraclemineral.org/newebook.php)

Arthritis

There are some things you should know about arthritis if you have

this problem. First, it doesn’t matter how bad it is, your body will heal

it, but you have to follow the correct procedure. To do that, you need

to know what kind of arthritis you have, as MMS will help with

rheumatoid arthritis, Lyme arthritis, and most others, but although it

may help with osteoarthritis, it may not completely overcome it.

Osteoarthritis is caused by muscles in an area pulling in the wrong

direction. The wrong muscles try to take over to move the body in

that area. When all of these muscles begin to pull against one

another, they create pain and tension in the area and begin to destroy

the joint.

However, you can get it to work again. The book, Pain Free, by Pete

Egoscue explains how to get muscles working in a balanced way. The

body then heals the joint, no matter how badly the bones are

currently scraping against one another. It just requires some unusual

exercises and stretches to get the correct muscles to function properly

again. In most cases, even in severe cases, the pain is gone in a week.

So buy the book online or at any large book store. The paperback was

$15 the last time I looked. Or in Germany the Feldenkrais Method

works quite well. Most other forms of arthritis can be handled with

MMS. Just use Protocol 1000.

Hi Michael,

thanks for the info about osteoarthritis. I am checking to see if i can buy Peters book online or e-book.
My hip started hurting extremely about 2 weeks ago and i tried different exercises and yoga and it just wont go away. I saw Jim Humble's website and saw some of the videos and I ordered the combo + dmso and started on the Protocol 1000. after 3 days, it seems that the pain was reduced by 10%. But, for some reason on the 4th day, I woke up with pain on my fingers and toes. I thought it might be working and healing, so I continued on. The 5th and the 6th day, the pain on the fingers and toes continued.

I do not want to stop taking the Protocol 1000 coz somehow I feel something is happening but the pain on my fingers are just irritating so, I was wondering if you or anyone else have any other recommendation?

I am going to try the bath protocol tonite and will start using dmso and hopefully alleviate some of the pain. And as a last resort, I guess I have to go to the doctor and have some test done tomorrow.

thanks again,
Joy

Many people have recommended Pain Free, by Pete Egoscue. Give it a try.

There are also videos on the Internet showing how Pete's ideas work.

Hello Michael and anyone interested in this subject:

I ran into a video from Frank Suarez. He was a specialist in Metabolism and Nutrition with a fantastic success through YouTube. His followers believe he was murdered by special interest. He helped many people to heal through food and food elimination. The official version is that he "committed suicide". He announced his unpublished book "how to cure cancer".
Well his videos are in Spanish Language. I am bilingual and I took the time to get the main points of video about arthritis.

His method is
# 1 Find which is the food aggressor in your body by checking with a glucometer, if your glucose level is higher than what he said it is considered normal according to the latest studies ( when you check there are different ideal levels) is 85 or less mg/dl . Outside of the USA are measured in mmol/L. That is very important. When one eats something that is an aggressor to our specific body, the glucometer shows high in the morning with an empty stomach. It takes a while to work with the glucometer and food, to find out what exactly pushes the glucose high in the body.

#2 Many people by eliminating Wheat, Corn and Rice find that their glucose levels are much better. # 3  Find out if you have an Excited Nerve System. Most arthritis sufferers have an excited never systemIf the answer to one of the following questions  is yes, one has an excited nerve system. Then the level of excited nerve system goes from low to high depending of how many positive answers to these questions one has . Very excited means yes to 5 questions.5 Questions:a) Does red meat agree with you? Red meat has Purina which stimulates the neve system, when the nerve system is over stimulated it slows down the circulation and the oxygenation also slows down. Not good for the joints. b) Do greasy foods agree with you? Do you feel OK or do you feel not well after eating greasy foods?c) If you have a late meal in the evening, does that affect your digestion?d) If you have a late meal in the evening, does that affect your sleep?e) Are you a light sleeper? A person who may wake up in response to small disturbances in their sleep environment. # 4 Night shades vegetables grow at night and developed chemicals to protect themselves from insects that would eat them, and therefore they paralyzed those insects. The elimination of these foods in arthritis sufferers have improved their condition.   Potatoes have solanineTomatoes have tomatineAll peppers, sweet or hot have CapsaicinEgg plant has solanineCucumbers have solaninePaprika solanineTobacco  nicotine.

I had osteoarthritis for over 25 years. I have done Leaver cleanses according to Andreas Moritz. I have eliminated SUGARS in all shape and form from my diet. I have gone through chelation therapy with a Naturopath to eliminate heavy metals from my body. I had all dental mercury fillings removed long ago. I am going trough the 3rd month of eating with the elimination of night shade vegetables and wheat, corn and rice. The wheat is hard to eliminate completely but I am working on recipes of gluten free DECENT bread, there are some disgusting horrible things in the market and expensive. I have been taking Cl02 since may 2020. Not 100% as recommended but pretty much everyday CDS as per Kalcker.
I think this last year with Cl02 has been beneficial. More flexibility in my hands. I think all that I have done has kept the arthritis under some sort of remission. I do not have pain anywhere. Just my fingers are not as flexible as they used to be but I can still make a fist. Some inflammation in some finger joints. Not all and not terrible.

My experience is that one has to be persistent, discipline, serious and try whatever comes to you. Even if it is hard to do.

By the way my body is OK with red meat but I do not eat it daily, I eat it maybe once every 2 weeks and in small amounts, let's say less than average. I would not finish a 6 oz stake. Too much for me.
I NEVER, since childhood, liked greasy foods, so that is a no for me, our last meal is between 5:30 and 6:00 so I presume that if I eat late it will be a bad thing for my digestion and sleep, and I am a VERY light sleeper. I do not smoke anything. I do not like wine ( I never cared to "acquire" a taste for it) and all alcoholic beverages are too high in sugars. So I drink herbal teas or lemonade made with real lemons and sweetened with stevia.

One more thing. Louise Hay says in her book "You can Heal your Life" says:
Arthritis : Feeling unloved, criticism, resentment.
Joints: Represent changes in direction in life and the ease of these movements.
Knee problems: Stubborn ego and pride, Inability to bend. Fear. Inflexibility, Won't give in.
Hands: Hold and handle. Clutch and grip. Grasping and letting go. Caressing. Pinching. All ways to deal with experiences.
Hip Problems. Fear of going forward in major decisions. Nothing to move forward to.
Fingers Represent details in life.
Thumb: Represents Intellect and worry
Index f: Represents Ego and Fear
Middle f: Represents anger and sexuality
Ring f: Represents Union and grief
Pinkie: Represents the family and pretending.

Something to think about.

There seems to be a pattern of having an overly excited nerve system according to Frank Suarez. And issues of being strong minded according to Louise Hay and some fears. All is connected." As it is above so it is below". Our minds might need flexibility. Doing cleanses, changes on diet, eliminating harmful foods is beneficial, and taking Cl02 has helped me personally. Even though 2020 was not easy with the fear to virus first and now fear of what could come with the vaccines. Governments arbitrary illegal actions against non-vaccinated citizens and what could potentially be behind all of the above is a stressor, no question. So to find a way to relax the mind and nourish the soul IS beneficial.

I want to try the method of Kalcker for getting rid of parasites. In the back of my mind I had suspect that a parasite might be in the equation of the issue of arthritis.

I will update when I am done. That is a 3 months system that involves enemas. That is why I have not started since I dislike them very much. But I know I have to try....
