This is not a topic I would normally write about, but there may be other women out there suffering the way I did for almost 40 years. I have always had crampy, painful periods. When I was in my late twenties, all of a sudden the pain shot through the roof and I went from taking one or two ibuprofen on the first day to needing 1000mg every 2-4 hours for three to four days. If I didn't do this (yes, I tried to "get the message in the pain" by not taking anything at all. I wound up screaming on my bed and throwing up every 20 minutes for 7 hours straight. Yikes.) Doctors I talked to about it advised me to have a hysterectomy and therapists had me processing my relationship with my mother endlessly. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing worked to fully relieve the pain except the ibuprofen in mega-doses. I spent three to four days every month sleeping in a fuzzy, drug-induced stupor.

And then I found the MMS protocols. I have been slowly working my way up to protocol 3000 over the last three weeks. This last weekend I got my period. No Pain! I took no ibuprofen at all! Given how bad the situation was prior to the MMS, I can only say that this truly ranks for me as miraculous. My 5 year old had a birthday party this weekend, and not only was I not drugged and sleeping -- I was out jumping around in the bouncy castle, playing hostess, and generally having a fun, active day.

The only sadness I feel about this is that I am now 51 years old. With menopause on my doorstep, I am saddened at the intensity of the suffering I endured for so many, many years. Still, I am where I am. I had been praying for some kind of peaceful resolution before my cycles stopped, and that has happened. Now, not only is menopause knocking, so is the promise of true and enduring health. How can I stay sad given that?

I am so deeply grateful to Jim Humble for his wisdom and tenacity in bringing MMS to the public. Given the climate that we are currently living in regarding health care (in the US), his work is nothing short of heroic. The words "thank you" come up too short and too small against the magnitude of the offering of MMS to the world. Still, the words are important to say...

Thank you, Jim Humble, and thank God for MMS

That's amazing KJ! in 3 weeks and you are doing so well!

I used to have very bad cramps but that was a long time ago. Now being post menopausal, I can tell MMS is good during and after menopause. Life gets bright again when you are feeling good.

I am also so thankful for Jim Humble and to God who led Jim to give this to the world.

Thank you so much for sharing KJ,
even though I don't have that problem my daughter has been experiencing painful periods. She is still so young, so your testimony will be encouraging for her no having to go through life with this issue. Sorry you had to go through this experience so many many years. But with MMS I believe your next 40 years will be terrific. :)

Blessings,
sevenrays

Thank you Evanir and SevenRays. Life is definitely better since starting the MMS protocols! I am absolutely looking forward to the next 40 years! Sevenrays, if this is helpful to your daughter that's terrific! And really, it's what this forum is about isn't it -- sharing our experiences to help others.

KJ - that's fantastic that you finally managed to overcome what is obviously so horrible for so many women and I hope you share this information far and wide. It's a pity for you that the remedy wasn't found sooner.

Periods should not be so debilitating and I suspect there are contributing factors that didn't exist decades ago. Diet and exercise for starters in many cases, along with toxic residues from medications & drugs.

Are you aware that commercial tampons & pads are laced with dioxins to increase bleeding so that you use more of them? Dioxins are toxic and the effects can be quite serious. Use natural, unbleached cotton ones if you can, I believe they are not too difficult to find.

Hi Charlotte,

I started with MMS protocol 1000. I started with 3 drops per hour. I'd been doing a pH Alkalizing cleanse for the month prior to finding the MMS book by Jim Humble, so I'd already done some cleansing before starting the 1000 protocol. I did have some success with the pH diet, but it took quite a while and the results only lasted as long as I was doing the cleanse -- a challenging and limiting way to live. Since discovering the MMS, the results were pretty quick and while I still eat a goodly dose of greens every day, I haven't been struggling to do extreme dietary cleansing. I do have other issues I am working with and I have been slowly working into protocol 2000, and now protocol 3000. It's been one step at a time... I'm now at 4.5 drops of MMS per hour for 10 hours a day, plus one dosage per day of MMS2 (just the tiniest little bit!), and I've done some DMSO with MMS drops in it as well, but not every day as it stings quite a bit. I've been chronicling my progress in the thread called "My Progress So Far" so you can read there if you like. I didn't actually start the MMS2 until this last weekend, when I already had my period with no pain, so although it really helps intensify the healing, I attribute my results mainly to MMS1. I hope this is helpful. :)

Hi KevinK, thank you for your kind post. You know, I'd heard about the dioxin thing but I never knew that it was used to induce more bleeding. Good grief! News like that really makes one question humanity, doesn't it!

Hi Charlotte! So glad my post was helpful! And wow, I can only imagine taking a whole MMS2 at once the first time out of the gate  Your poor friend! What I've been doing is breaking apart the big capsule and putting a few grains in a tiny capsule (smaller than "0", I think it's a size 3). That way it's easy to take and one big MMS2 lasts a while.

The reason I've been working my way up to mare than 3 drops per hour more times per day is my doc thinks I have cancer, so I started with the 1000 protocol, but am working my way into the cancer protocol, which is as many drops per hour as you can manage for 10 times a day, plus the MMS2, and DMSO rubs. So far, so good. My foot is looking better though my knee (both were terribly swollen) still hurts quite a bit. Progress, though slow, is still progress :) And, amazingly, other serious issues, like the painful periods, are clearing up as I continue on the cancer protocol.

Love those greens too!
Thank you for your kind words, and I will definitely continue to report on my progress as I go.
Blessings to you,
:)
KJ
