DAY FOUR - Protocol 1000 was created by Didi
*insanely tired still
*forgot to mention loose stools on day two but all good now
*foggy brain
*bit irritable
*had a coffee but then watched old doco saying i shouldnt? now worrying that ive wasted a day...?
*one more dose to go for the day - no headaches, stools normal, no nausea, no aches, just feeling generally low and rotten
not having fun like day one - hurry up time - hoping im doing it right
*finding it incredibly hard to eat food on the exact half hour in between and worried this is decreasing efficiency. also catching myself taking a mouthful of snack here and there while im feeding bub and not realising until ive done it - can one or two mouthfuls be enough to reduce efficiency?
*decreased appetite since day 2.
*woke at 3 am this morning having a hypoglaecemic episode - reduced appetite meant i didnt eat carbs for dinner - this would usually mean an episode like this. interesting to note that last time i did MMS my liklihood of having a hypoglyceamic episode decrease remarkably

Didi, are you getting your water in? Total 8 glasses a day? Gotta stay hydrated!
Coffee would only affect about 1-2 hours of the MMS - keep on keeping on.
Don't fret the small things, like the half hour eating. It takes me a while to eat, so sometimes I run right up to about 10 minutes before my next dose. Sometimes I just dose, sometimes I adjust my dosing time to take the next dose 30 minutes later. Fretting stress is worse for you than inactivating part of a dose.
I find that when I shift diets - regardless of the direction of the shift, I tend to get leg and foot cramps.
