Hi, I am new to this forum. So please forgive me if I ask any questions that seem silly/stupid.

My question is how much water do I add to the activated MMS dose? and Mr. Humble says to take the dose every hour. what I would like to know is what if I cannot take the dose every hour will it be OK to take the dose at random durations, as long I take 8 doses?

Hi , pastlife. Welcome! The hourly doses are to maintain a constant attack on pathogens for the 9 hr course. If that doesn't fit your schedule, do the best you can but be prepared to continue longer than the recommended 3 weeks. Continue until well,

The quantity of water isn't critical. 1/2 glass or more to dilute the taste. Chase it with another glassful if you can.

Always feel free to ask questions. Someone will always answer.

hi pastlife,

as many illnesses are caused or influenced by old or new virusses living in our bodies we need to treat these, or kill them. As it is not possible to directly kill a virus, we starve them by stopping them from groing for 9 hours. This then eventually kills them. So try to stick to it if you possibly can, I carry the bottle ready made up in my handbag whereever I go. You have to make up your 8-dose bottle for the day at once and then it is quite easy, good luck.

Hello pastlife. Here is Mundele:

Alcohol won't affect MMS, but it will put an extra load on your liver, slowing the detox process.

Paul Thank you for your reply. another question I have, can MMS be taken with carbonated water like a club soda with flavor?
I tried it sparkling water with lemon/lime flavor it tastes good and it does not have the after taste of MMS.

Hi, pastlife. Distilled water is best, reverse osmosis water is next. The further you get from those, the less effective the result.
Lemon/lime flavour sounds like a store bought concoction containing who knows what. By all means squeeze a 1/2 real lemon or lime or both to activate the mms and flavour the dose.
