Thanks for your question.
As a matter of fact I started with the 2000 protocol. I took exactly 120 caps of MMS2 + a number of MMS1 during this protocol. I didn't experience strong symptoms during this protocol, but, unfortunately, not results.
For this reason I started the enemas, with MMS2 and 1, as I described in this forum. I have the impression that enemas are more effective for myself.
I tried then a combination of CDS + DMSO + MSM. This was a very strong combination. I had 217 ml of CDS in four days plus the DMSO and the MSM. After that I was filling sik, very sik, for two day. But after I was feeling better. Does it last? I don't know.
Finally I am taking 5 + 5 ml of CDS orally and another 5 by enema. This is `15 ml of CDS per day. And I am trying to take the CDS away from food, as much as possible.
Concerning the title of my CDS I don't know it. But I know that 5 ml of my CDS in 200 ml of water burn in my throat.

Hi Katherina,

Yes, enemas are recommended for cancer. Jim recommends the MMS1 enemas (www.genesis2church.is/mms-protocol-enema-methods.html) up to 2 times a day. But you can also do MMS2 enemas if you feel it is better. They are experimental and not yet recommended by Jim because he has more experience with the MMS1 enemas.

However, if you read this whole thread, I have done the MMS2 enemas and Alanti has as well and we felt there was benefit. I had to put molasses in mine to be able to hold them because my colon was so irritated, but Alanti could hold them with water only. Water only and 1 capsule of MMS2 would be the best way to do it.

Also, Katherina, I would highly recommend the bag treatments (genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=3054&Itemid=66) for you. They do not cause me any nausea or diarrhea. They could really help you and they are recommended in the cancer protocol.
