Hi all,

this is my first message in this forum ;)
I'd like to start with CDH and therefore I try to get as much as possible information about usage.
Could you please help me with couple of my questions?
  1. Can I use Vitamin C supplements? I read somewhere that vitamin C can have negative effect on MMS
  2. Can I use other minerals and vitamins supplements? I use for example Lugol solution and selen for my thyroid. Is it ok?
  3. Shold be all antioxidant avoided from my diet? What about green tea?
  4. Can I use for example Bentonite Clay to clean my body from toxins?
  5. Can CDH destroy my gut flora? Should I use probiotics or yogurts regularly?
  6. Is it necessary to increase fluid intake during CDH usage? I dring about 2 liters of water every day

1. You need to stop Vitamin C immediately, CDH is a derivate from MMS and have the same conditions for use.

2. The only supplements that you can use is Sea Water.

3. Yes you can use Bentonite Clay.

4. No it did not affect you natural flora, but because CDH will remove any bad bacteria is recommended to use Probiotic to replace the bad one.

5. Use of enough liquid is healthy so continue doing so.
