Jim Humble shows you how to do it in his most recent video, which is on his Jim Humble Live channel on YT - we've got links to it here one at least one thread, probably more. Here''s one

It's towards the end. He suggests that 12,500 is more than adequate, you don't need to do the 25,000.
I've made it and used it on a .... don't know what - on my buttock - spider bite, herpes outbreak (never had a herpes outbreak there, so don't know - couldn't see it clearly because I have blended trifocals, and would have to look through the edge of my glasses to see, and they're blurry there, so it was just what I could feel) - It worked fine, but I wish now I'd done the fume on skin treatment first - as fiona just mentioned in a recent post on the forum. I recently used the 12,500 on a cat scratch, and it's healed up very nicely. I also used it on a cat bite a couple of days ago, and I can't even find that place on my hand.
Two things to keep in mind
1. you're going to use quite a bit of MMS/CA to get 4 oz of the high octane CDS - I'd guess 3 or 4 oz of each MMS and CA, and not all at once. and 2. you're going to have quite a bit of off-gassing, so ventilation is critical to the process.
Have you made regular CDS before? The advantage to having the experience of doing regular is that you get to know your equipment.
To measure it, if you are going to the 12,500, I'd use 59mL of distilled water and 1mL of the CDS - find out what that ppm measure is on your chlorine dioxide testing strip, and measure that number by 60. It will tell you what you've got. He measures it with 39mL water and 1mLCDS, but he also gets a 500 measure - and that's the top of the strip - a little more dilution may help you get a clearer idea of what you've got.
