How long did it take before you saw improvements?
I've been on the protocol 1000 for a few weeks now and without any noticeable improvements so far. I realize it may take a lot of time, and it is different for each individual.

Shortly after the C19 vax became available last year, I had a nasty psoriasis flare. I believe it was my reaction to being exposed to people viral shedding. It's a hypothesis, yes, and if you understand how psoriasis is treated systemically, it's believed to be attributed to an over active T-cell immune response, which is why some people break out in psoriasis after strep or other infection. Since I couldn't find another natural remedy that worked this time, (sometimes things work, then they don't) I began taking CDS according to Scott's formula. I have been almost completely clear now for the past year. Here are my before and after pics. I have also had pustular psoriasis in the past which was scary and is oftentimes life threatening. I wished I had known about CDS and MMS back then. I have taken a couple of MMS2 bath soaks. I think that helps as well. Please let me know if the pics are too large and I'll go back and edit them.
have you used MMS, or SDH, or CDS?
Did you also lubricate the skin with e.g. CDH?
Can you write a little more about exactly how your protocol was!
thank you very much and all the best!

I tried 3 drops + 3 drops activator each hour 8 times a day. The first few days I got a rather bad detox reaction (body aches - back, legs and runny nose etc). Also started to get nausea and and bit diarrea. I scaled down to 2+2 the second week, and that helped a lot. I've tried a couple of times to increase to 3+3, but the nausea and diarrea comes back each time. I am still on 2 drops, but it seems to work fine for me.
I have also noticed I require less sleep now (6 hours instead of 7 or more). Basically I wake up and feel rested, and my body does not want to sleep more. I generally feel good.
I will report back with more updates later.

I have now used MMS for 2 months. My skin is about 90% healed. So happy. I am still using 2+2 drops 8 times a day. The last couple of weeks I have added 4 drops of DMSO to the mix. This seems to have helped, too (but can't say for sure). I have not tried to increase to 3 drops since I am steadily improving, and my uncomfortable reactions to 3 drops earlier. If my progress stops, I will experiment with higher doses.
Just note that it seems to be a process of 3 steps forward, 1 step backwards, 3 steps forward .. etc. I have days in between where it seems to get worse, only to improve again the next day. But overall, the progress is pretty steady. If I can keep my fingers away and not scratch and peel, it looks quite good now, to the point of becoming almost clear. Wohoo
I've had no side effects the last few weeks while on 2+2. It is a hassle doing this every hour, but it is totally worth it.

My psoriasis was almost clear before my flu anyway. I had steadily gotten better leading up to it. After my flu my skin was basically 100% clear. I've continued to be clear since then. I will get back to taking the drops if I get worse again, but it has been 3 months now, completely clear.
About the side effects: The side effects (nausea) subsided when I cut back from 3 to 2 drops for a while, then I was fine doing 3 drops a few days later.
All in all, it took me about 3 months to clear my skin completely. I've had patches more or less for 20+ years. I've never found anything that works for me except an extremely strict diet and MMS.
