as it is about minerals i will not make another topic and just hoop up to this one
i take magnesium chelate (diglicinian ) but i am scared of those substances they add to capsules like magnesium stearate or titanium dioxide. magnesium stearate actually do not give the body magnesium it is poisonous. and i want to ask are there any other good natural substitutes of natural magnesium which is well absorbable to the body cause i read that it is the biggest factor for its suplementatiion - the absorbtion rate.
And thats why i hooked up , i wanted to ask you have some of you got experience with chlorella alg or spiruline ? they seem to be fair good source of natural element such as magnesium which i need much.
i took magnesium carbonate for years and i did not realise it is worthless to me cause it caused me diarhea sometimes and thats the biggest sympton of not absorbing it. since i take chelate i see much improvement in heart beat hypertension and sleep/energy condition. i was drinking a lot of coffie and energy drinks for couple of years and i sweated out a lot of minerals when i was working as a welder in conditions like 40 degreeses celsius.
