The other day i wrote to Dennis Richard's site (friend of Jim) asking if there are people who write back to attest the effectiveness or helpfulness of trace minerals (yet no response and they have no forum).
His product page: www.a2zhealthproducts.com/Minerals_of_Life.html

Dr. Wallach and others promote same thing but you know, there are so many gimmicks these days.

Has anyone here ever tried with success trace mineral supplementation?

I think this may generally be the case, but there are some people, like me, who do require supplementation due to physical deficiencies -- people need to be aware of their bodies, for sure!

It's good to know about different sources and i do believe the Himalayan salt to be one of the best.
Is it better to take it at different times throughout the day or can it be taken in a lump sum amount with say a glass of warm water?

What i'm looking for is to hear about people who actually reaped some kind of benefit.
Yes (like most natural supplementation), most won't notice any difference until a few months down the road.
If such is the case, then please drop a line.

as it is about minerals i will not make another topic and just hoop up to this one :)
i take magnesium chelate (diglicinian ) but i am scared of those substances they add to capsules like magnesium stearate or titanium dioxide. magnesium stearate actually do not give the body magnesium it is poisonous. and i want to ask are there any other good natural substitutes of natural magnesium which is well absorbable to the body cause i read that it is the biggest factor for its suplementatiion - the absorbtion rate.
And thats why i hooked up , i wanted to ask you have some of you got experience with chlorella alg or spiruline ? they seem to be fair good source of natural element such as magnesium which i need much.
i took magnesium carbonate for years and i did not realise it is worthless to me cause it caused me diarhea sometimes and thats the biggest sympton of not absorbing it. since i take chelate i see much improvement in heart beat hypertension and sleep/energy condition. i was drinking a lot of coffie and energy drinks for couple of years and i sweated out a lot of minerals when i was working as a welder in conditions like 40 degreeses celsius.
I can give you some links which i recently been reading about minerals

Usually the best way to get a magnesium into the body without going to get a shot is magnesium oil sprayed on to the skin. Magnesium oil is not cheap but if you are not worried about price soak in a hot bath with magnesium oil it.

Magnesium Chloride is readily available in the Japanese sea extract called Nigari (which they use to make tofu).
A spoonful of these flakes in a liter of water is the easiest way to take it when you need it.
I too had tight or muscular spasm issues after sweating it out in Arkansas last year (great drought year 2012 remember?) and this was a wonderful and most effective means.

It would be nice to hear people who use the trace minerals mentioned that could attest to similar benefits.

It would appear that not all manipulated (can't think of another word) trace minerals are the same.
Apparently www.traceminerals.com uses minerals that come from sea bed minerals (from Great Salt Lake), so they are still inorganic and far less bio-available than organic plant derived minerals (up to 98% absorption rate) that are offered by Youngevity.

Also, with regards to the Bentonite/Montmorillonite clay suggestion, i can't seem to find a detailed analysis of the trace minerals it contains which i believe could equal Youngevity's. It would be nice to know that as well as it's bioavailability (be much less expensive with clays right?!).

Okay, i am now convinced of the need of trace minerals for the maintenance of our human physical body as per Dr. Joel Wallach. Just listen to "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" on Youtube:

Also, Dennis Richards believes in the need of trace minerals.

in case you have not seen:

Mineral Deficiency: Linked to Every Disease & Sickness - HEALTHY DEBATES
healthydebates.com/mineral-deficiency-linked-every-disease-sickness/

sea water contain all trace minerals, a lot inorganic BUT a lot organic from microcreatures, fish excrements,...

but of course if you have for exemple an iron deficence licking one piece of iron this maybe can help but not is so easy.
