Hi everyone,
first of all let me point out that I'm the kind of person who doesn't like dentists AT ALL
I have to admit, it's kinda a nightmare to me ...
So knowing the fact that CDS is a good solution for dental and gum problems, I decided to do the gargle for my gums.Right after starting the CDS gargle a couple of times, one of my molars became very sensitive and I wasn't even able to chew my food. It hurted so bad, no cold water, no hot tea etc. So I immediately stopped and it took over a month for the sensitivity to disappear.
I'm pretty sure there's a problem on that one, because no other tooth shows any sign of ache or sensitivity other than this.
Ok here is my question:
Recently I've read a testimonial that this kind of ache and sensitivity disappears if you insist on doing the gargles and resist the pain for a while.
Have any of you guys experienced this kind of pain before while doin the gargles ?
Are there any tips and tricks to heal this without having to resist the pain ?
I was thinking about taking pain relievers while I do gargles, but I know, it's not a good idea.
Do you think it's about dosage? Maybe reducing it might help..
p.s. I'm using CDS for gargles and ph is 7. (measured with pH meter.) I do Kalckers CDS gargle protocol:
10 ml of CDS to a glass with 200 ml
Thanks in advance,
