Okay....Now here is some of my experience from years ago. Sorry this is not MMS related. I had a Heinz 57 pedigree mutt. She was the best. Always had urinary infections (bladder). Spayed. Finally she got to the point where the Vet could do no more. It was time to put her down but I couldn't. One day she dropped to the ground just outside the door and wouldn't move. She was about 10 years old at the time. I then decided to throw everything at her. Had nothing to lose! I did the following:
Cooked up barley soup. Made it thin for her with lots of honey. Can give you the soup recipe if you want it. Had to serve it to her in a pie plate cause she couldn't stand to eat but would move her head enough to lick it up.
Gave her tinctures of: Echinacea, Golden Seal, Stone Root, Corn Silk. (I think that was all) Gave it to her every hour. (At this point in my life, I would add any other tincture that is bladder and stone related)
Two days later, we were going for walks again. I did loose her a couple years later, again, do to her urinary system.
Hope this is of some help to you.
Denise
PS I did the same with a cat that was dying. Minus the soup. He was unable to move, eyes glazed and panting. One more time, I had nothing to loose. So I threw all the tinctures at him. He HATED it!!! He would foam up and spit up but he couldn't walk away. When he got to where he could move on me I would wrap him in a towel and proceed. I would have every thing lined up so as to move quickly. He lived for many many years after this and never had any more trouble. The Vet was absolutely amazed! I think it was one of those things that caused him to later retire and go into animal chiropractic medicine.
