I don't know for sure but it's definitely worth a try anyway. Protocol 1000 is a good place to start, but as it seems to start as an autoimmune disorder I wouldn't be surprised if a change to 2000 is necessary. Start low and then go high if you get no results from 1000.

with healthy respect,

My daughter was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's. Can she do the protocol and still take the thyroid medication?

Thank you

The mms will not interfere with medications. Just avoid orange juice, ascorbic acid, and antioxidant supplements during the protocol, though its fine to have them a couple hours after the last daily dose.

good luck!

I have hashimotos and I take my meds first thing in the morning. I have been on protocol 1000 for just over a week and the MMS has not interfered with my meds.

I had the herxhiemer effect pretty good the first several days but it has worn off and I am feeling more energetic and alive.

Hello Active 1,

Im very interested how you are progressing. What protocol are you using? What new changes have you noticed? Before, and now. As much info as you have time for please. I would love to keep in touch because maybe when my daughter is ready for MMS she can ask you questions as well.

Thank you for your time,
Sonia

Well I just finished with two weeks on Protocol 1000 and I only feel the herx every so often now. I definitely have more energy and I am sleeping better and deeper. My mind is clearer as well and I have periods where I really feel good. This feeling I have not had in over 20 years. So I am very pleased with the MMS and I think I will continue to feel better.

The first thing I noticed was hearing my stomach and intestines grumbling. I have not heard them over 20 years as well. So I think they are free from whatever was making them sluggish.

I'm not so sure the MMS will improve the thyroid problem but who knows. I have been on synthroid and cytomel for 7 years now. perhaps in time things may change. I will be interested to see if it does help. I would love to be free from RX drugs.

I suspect that MMS will be of little help in your Hashimotos disease. But please do keep us informed as to how it goes for you... bu tit may do wonders for other aspects of your health. Your health will be optimum when the Hashimotos is under control

I recently interviewed a Natuopathic Physician from the Salt Lake City area who specializes in Hashimotos disease. He feels that it can be well controlled though a proper protocol of toning down inflammation and then judiciously applying iodine. Please do not try to do this yourself. Read his book which is found on Amazon.
