Yesterday I did the usual protocol of 2 drops every hour for 8 hours.  I’ve done this for the past two days.  The only thing different in the past two days is that I didn’t eat any snacks over the entire period.  I always feel my intestines growling around the 4th to 5th hour.  It’s intense.  Last night I was making food and I really would have loved to eat what I was making, but I restrained myself until 2 hours after the protocol.  When I went to eat, I started to feel a bit queasy!  Over the past two days I’ve had very watery diarrhea.  This is the kind of thing that you are afraid to fart…It also keeps happening every 15 minutes at times.  I feel like I released a lot last night.

So last night, I felt a little queasy, but I kept eating my dinner.  I didn’t even have any chocolate and this is the only time I can have it!  I was so tired that I went to bed immediately after dinner.  Then when I woke up, I still felt kinda weak and weird.  I was awakened to a kitten having trouble breathing, so that’s certainly stressful.  She was trembling slightly so I put her under the covers.  She finally stopped shaking after several minutes.  I stayed in bed for a while as I woke up about an hour and half short of my usual rest.

I just ate my first meal of the day and still feel kinda weak.  I went for a 30 minute walk last night, even though it was super cold outside.  My legs feel like I went for a long hike today.  That’s really strange.  Is this fairly normal?

I feel like I want to take a break from the protocols today.  I also am thinking I might give my kittens a break too.  I just don’t see any improvement in them.

Because you are ingesting MMS1, which is only 10% activated at 30 seconds of activation time, you must have adequate stomach acid to finish activating the residual SCS in MMS1.

Eating a snack just before ingesting a MMS1 dose, can cause more stomach acid to be produced.

I would suggest you reduce the hourly dosage from 2 drops down to 1 drop. See if that makes a difference in reducing negative side effects.

Better yet, switch to ingesting CDS for a while, then return to ingesting MMS1. I hope you are activating MMS with 4% HCL and not citric acid.
