Hi everyone,

I've been taking MMS for about 8 days now.  I follow Jim Humble's protocol and started out with 1/4 drop and have reached 1 drop every hour.  I had some major die off on day 4 which was super promising!!  I continued on and developed some kidney pain so stopped for a day.  Now it seems I can only do about 4 doses before my kidneys ache.  So I stop at that.

My questions are... do people really feel completely well at 4 weeks of MMS?  I'm dealing with loooong term toxicity and infection (likely mold, candida and lyme and who knows what type of parasites).  I've been heavy metal poisoned since birth.  My Mom smoked cigarettes while pregnant with me, she also had amalgams.  I had 5 amalgams (since removed), wore braces with amalgams, antibiotic use, mold exposure, various vaccines (haven't touched any vaccines in 20 years)  I've been a magnet for toxins.

I guess my concern is that I have the MMS resistant fungus.  I bought some bentonite clay and have started that.  I'm also concerned about the heavy metals.  Seems I've read contradicting info about this..."MMS oxidizes metals and renders them harmless and they leave the body"..."Oxidized metals are harmful to kidneys."  Which is true?

Is it okay to stay on MMS long term?  Does anyone take a chelator with their MMS protocol?

Thanks in advance for any replies :)

Thank you for the reply, BillPop.

I believe I'm very toxic. I think I will be a long term MMS user, going low and slow.  I found another Doctor's website who talked about how long term use of MMS is not good, that continuously taking a pro-oxidant can result in oxidative stress.  Well, I feel I'm already in oxidative stress with the various toxins and pathogens so I'm willing to continue with the MMS because I've already gotten some relief.

I think for me it's going to have to be a combination of MMS and chelation (or binding).  I think the metals and bugs are symbiotic and that I have to kill the bugs which releases the metals, then I have to capture the metals etc... I don't know.

I haven't looked back through all your posts.  Are you healed?  Do you still take MMS?
