I have a question about 50% citric acid.  When I have made 50% citric acid (mixing a 1:1 ratio of citric acid powder and distilled water in grams) the container (mason jar with plastic lid) does become cold.  I put it in the dark like instructed for 24 hours and then I see that some of the powder settles to the bottom.  I tried stirring the solution more but after a while it appears that some of the citric acid didn't dissolve.  I've even heated it up for 10 or so minutes as if it were a year old.  Is this normal?  I like using citric acid because I can get it easily.  Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you are seeing in your 50% CA, but you could filter them out. Try using brown coffee filters.

Thanks!  I think I figured it out.  After looking through the forum I discovered that there are two forms of citric acid.  citric acid anhydrous & citric acid monohydrate.  The citric acid that I have is monohydrate and is what is used for canning tomatoes which is often found at Walmart and other stores.  This kind crystalizes when cold and anhydrous crystalizes when hot.  Unfortunately anhydrous is what we are to mix 1:1 with distilled water.  According to the forum monohydrate can be used but with some calculation with wasn't given in the topic.  I've asked in a reply and hope to get a formula.  I'm guessing that is why my activated MMS1 is so acidic.  Have a nice day.

Hello Timcas. Just for your information, and possibly also a better taste, there are also activating acids made of salt and milk. Although you may prefer citric acid because it's easy to come by. Check this link, it's a German company selling "Wasseraufbereiter" which is German for Watertreatment. Two different acids (Saure in German) are mentioned. Milchsaure and Salzsaure respectively Lactic acid and Salt acid.

I got this from one of the Telegram CD channels. Some say using 50/50 citric acid is too strong.

Anhydrous vs Monohydrate Citric Acid.
Molar mass of Anhydrous Citric Acid is 192.12 g/mol
Molar mass of Monohydrate Citric Acid is 210.13 g/mol (8.57%)
Molar mass of H2O is 18.01 g/mol

What that means is that for every 210 grams of monohydrate citric acid there is 18 grams of water.
Lets say you take 100 grams of monohydrate citric acid - its actually 8.57 grams of water and 91.43 grams of citric acid, so you would only need to add 82.86 grams of water to the 100 grams of monohydrate citric acid for a 50% solution. If its anhydrous you would just mix it 50/50.

That statement of 50/50 citric acid being to strong, could very much be right. My first order of MMS was in 2011, directly from Jim Humble. The activator was Citric Acid 50 %, it said so on the label. I'm not sure of that's the same as mentioned in one of the Telegram CD channels.

I've never had the need to use it, until I tried it in the first months of the pandemic, just to protect myself. The colour of activated MMS was good, even after 9 years. In the month of March 2020 I drank it, for my housemate was infected with Covid-19, when I arrived in my home, returning from Britain.

The activated remedy tasted bad, but I drank it anyway, that is... for a week or so. My housemate had left the home, so that no anxiety remained. How little did we know at that time, isn't it? When I started taking the remedy, I began with 1 drop, adding a few more one at a time every day, until I began to resist it so strongly, that even before drinking it I had an urge to vomit. That's when I stopped drinking it.

Now, I use Lactic Acid as activator, which is much more pleasant in taste, and I drink a maintenance dose of 6 drops each day before sleep. No citric acid for me anymore, I'll use it for disinfection externally
