I made my first batch of 22.4% sodium chlorite and 50% citric acid following the instructions on the jim himble webpage . I've been taking it for nearly a week and I've been getting serious acid reflux and nausea. I checked the ph of a 1 drop solution of sodium chlorite and citric acid and it read 3.7ph! I had to stop taking it for 24hrs to let my body sort itself out then I came down from a 2.5 drop dose to a 1 drop dose. I'm considering adding a very small amount of bi-carb to raise the ph. How does bi-carb neutralise the effects of mms? Is it through neutralising the ph? I've heard the ph is usually in the mid 5's. If I bring it up to 5ph will the mms still be effective? Also, is it normal for the ph to be this low sometimes? Could it be due to the purity of my sodium chlorite? The sodium chlorite solution is a little yellow.
Thanks,
Jack
