Hi All. My husband and I tried using MMS last weekend, for 3 days. We started with the beginning protocol. 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 of drops, so this was the quick start protocol. I think we went to quick. On the 3rd day my husband had HORRIBLE diarrhea and said he'd had enough and quit. I may have a little trouble getting him to try again, but I'm gonna try. We both had a strange symptom that I've not heard anyone talk about. If we can't manage this, then taking MMS will never work for us. And we really need it because we both have many issues. The problem seems to be the acidity of the combination of the MMS and the activator. Maybe it's mostly the activator. Anyway it seems to tear up our throat and feels bad. It's not a feeling that you want to have. It was similar to when I had food poisoning a couple years ago and couldn't stop vomiting. The acid in the vomit caused my throat to be a mess for weeks and weeks. Same thing with the MMS. We stopped the MMS and eventually our throats felt fine again. Yet I know if we start up again it will happen. We only used MMS, the activator and plain water for each of our doses. What will help us with this acidity ? I didn't find the MMS taste to be horrible, just the acidity part. Would CDS work better ? Would a fizzy water or juice work better? Or some other way to activate the MMS? I should point out that on the 3rd day I put my 1 activated drop into a capsule and swallowed that. Probably that is the best way to go, but you can only do that way is when you get beyond 1 drop. Then if you have to work up to 1 1/2 drops you must use water again to dilute and can't get that into a capsule. I'm just not sure what to do here and hope someone has suggestions.
