Hello sweet people,

I will start my procedure tomorrow! I am super happy and excited to start. I love drinking tea during the day, and I have searched a lot but have not found out which tea's are okay to drink. Does anyone know if nettle / ginger / camomile for example are okay to combine with MMS 1? And if you have other recommendations I would be happy to know about them. Thanks for letting me know!

ill make this simple. welcome to you.

mms = oxidiser
herbal teas = antioxidants

mms + herbal teas = oxidiser + antioxidants at the same time

result = 0 or close to zero.

my current method :
morning after brushing to use mms
if you use mms - one hour gap without eating is a must to let it work
then you eat a nice hearty breakfast - after this let your body digest the food properly, so that means try not using mms for at least an hour and a half for the entire digestive process to complete

then use mms again and keep an hours gap before you eat anything else.

the protocols on here are different. its suggested to use mms and then eat after half hour then mms and eat after half hour and then mms after half hour again.

I think whatever you use, you gotta let it complete its work. digestion takes minimum an hour and a half , and mms takes atleast an hour to work and complete in the body.

there are people with much more knowledge than me on here though, so you can also take their advice. happy mms ing
