Hello Chris, thank you for your reply! I have several questions, as I am not too familiar with some things you wrote, so please excuse my confusion.
You say I need more sulfur. In one of your posts, you advice for Epsom baths, with some borax to neutralize the chlorine and fluoride. I have Epsom salts and borax, how many cups would you recommend me to use and how often? Also, should I eat onions for extra sulphur?
What is boron, and where could I get it from? How is it used to clean water?
My thyroid is fine, I have never had issues with it.
I am planning on buying some DMSO, how can I test "mast cell activation"? How is it done?
I looked for turpentine, but I can only find the one used by artists. Also, is kerosine and turpentine different? I am confused when it comes to that.
When I wrote this post several days ago, I must have been during the peak of the Herx reaction. The day before the post, I had woken up in the middle of the night with a full bladder, yet my whole stomach area was hurting, not just the bladder. I almost never wake up during the night for toilet, but the pain got better after some minutes. The next couple of days, I was feeling a dull pain on my waist, close to the spine, but only at the left side. These symptoms were accompanied by a light headache and fatigue, as well as some general light muscle pain. Also, I have a weird itchy feeling at my right heel for several days. My skin doesn't seem to be inflammed or anything, it just randomly itches. However, the past couple of days I am feeling much better, so I am thinking of perhaps raising the dose at 2 drops soon. Still, I can't say I have seen any improvement of my symptoms..
Now, what I am trying to cure. I suffer from IBS since the age of 8-9. I am 29 now, so it has been 20 years. My symptoms are daily abdominal distention. Basically, I wake up with an almost flat belly, but once I start eating and drinking, my belly becomes more and more visibly distended with every bite. It goes down when I sleep, yet the same repeats again the next day, without stop. Some foods are gentler on my body, yet everything distends me, even water. I have been able to "get a bit better" with disciplined eating and drinking, but the core issue remains. It is very frustrating, because I am very slim, yet I end up looking pregnant by the end of the day, and some of my clothes don't fit me by the evening...
My second issue is malassezia folliculitis, which started 4-5 years ago. My face, chest, back, and especially scalp get overgrown with yeast, which proceeds to feed on my sebum. The yeast overgrowth is accompanied by pimples and ichiness. This has caused me to become overly sensitive to the vast majority of cosmetic ingredients, and I have suffered from a terrible hair loss for two years. The only thing that managed to keep my scalp yeast calm and has cut down hairloss by 95% is scrubbing Epsom salt on it to remove the excess sebum. Still, I have to do it every time I wash my hair.
I believe my IBS is in reality CIBO, which is found to be connected to skin disease. I am convinced this whole thing started from the vaccines I received as a baby, yet it manifested later.
Other than that, I try to eat healthy and simple. Almost no meat, plenty of lentils, steamed veggies, fish, quinnoa, eggs, veggie soups, homemade bread. I make my meals from scratch and avoid sugar, whith the exception of raw honey and fruits. I drink only fresh juice and tea, and plenty of water. I try to eat alkaline foods.
I would appreciate it very much if you could advice me further.
