This is a Word file of a two-sided insert I created to give out with provision of MMS1 to guests of the Genesis II Church. It's the best practices for general use of MMS as I currently understand it. Any feedback will be welcome.

I find the biggest problem with MMS is the taste and the smell :woohoo: , both of which can b by-passed by filling it into capsules. I attach a video I made on how to do it! Hope this helps! :)

Thank you Simunye for the lovely video, and the message confirming that you feel healthier than ever! I too am finding that the detox effect of using MMS has made a noticeable difference for me in the relief of the pains from fibromyalgia.

Your eyedropper method makes filling capsules look quite easy!

I deal with the taste by adding fresh apple juice to the Protocol 1000 mixture. I drink half a cup at one hour intervals throughout the day.

It is very empowering to understand the bio-cleansing power of this fabulous chemistry. :cheer:

I used apple juice previously, but I found that after a while I did not like apple juice any more on its own. ;)
I also started filling the capsules with CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE.
I tried it to see if it gives me any trouble, but so far no problems. I like dumping 2 of them into a bath now... :)
I just made MMS2 to be prepared in case MMS1 will not be available anymore.
Personally I think that MMS can only be slowed down, but never stopped.
As long as there are pools that need to be cleaned, we will have MMS one way or another... :P

 If this process has been approved by Jim and other MH's then I will consider doing it this way to avoid my bad experiences regarding the after taste.

Can some please endorse this process please as being acceptable.

Thanks for passing on this information.

My concern would be that when the capsule breaks in the stomach will there be enough water there to delute it as it is still in activation mode in the capsule.:(

As far as I know, Jim has already spoken about this type of aplication himself.
Personally I found that it is better to add water to the capsule and not undiluted MMS, as I explain on my video under the comments.
Plenty water is neccessary with the intake of capsules as a rule, and also make sure you have not eaten shortly before, to insure the capsule goes to the tummy and does not disolve in your gut. That is when I would be concerned about undilutet MMS.
But I have written To Adam Abraham (the Phaelosopher) in regard with this matter because he can pass this onto Jim better than I.
I hope this helps you...have a happy and healthy new year toall of you! :)

Here the reply from Adam Bill, regarding the filling of capsules...

Hi Monika, and Happy New Year!

Your assessment is correct about not taking MMS in a capsule undiluted. The concentrations are too high to avoid irritation going down the throat.

When we prepared MMS in capsules in Jim's workshop, the solution was prepared in such a way as to include a two-drop dilution of water. As I recall, capsule was filled with either 9 - 12 droppers of solution (which came from a source that held either 72 or 96 drops of activated solution), This corresponded with either 1 or 2 drops of water in the capsule per drop of MMS/Citric Acid. This wasn't done separately, but activated and included before the solution was placed in the capsule dropper bottle.

Best wishes,

Adam...

Hi Steve,

This may or may not be so. It certainly doesn't explain why Jim initially had disappointing results working with malaria sufferers until he learned about activation.
