Want to grab your guys thought about taking the MMS was created by Jiddy322
I have a medical condition called ankylosing spondylitis, which has bothered me for five years. The symptom is highly related to my stomach and gut - whenever my gut doesn't feel well, I will suffer joint pain in the next day. Last year, I tried MMS twice, one for 9 days and one for 21 days. I feel the immediate change of my gut after taking the MMS, and my ankylosing spondylitis was completely gone. However, as soon as I stopped taking the MMS, the gut problem gradually came back. And now I am back to square one, one month after I stopped taking the MMS. I tried to take some probiotics and vitamin b to improve the gut but didn't feel any change. I also cut almost all the GMO/junk foods and drink distilled water. Is there anything else I am missing? Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Hi guys, I am new to this Forum but I have been reading it for a while to try to help some relatives with other issues.
I was going to start a new posts but since this one is similar I will carry on in here.
I am also interested on this topic, I had an MRI scan recently due to buttock pain and the results are showing that I have spondyloarthritis in my sacroiliac joints which I believe is pretty much the same as spondylitis (I think they also called uSpA), basically some sort of inflammation a kind of arthritis.
JH says in his book to start the HRP (health recovery plan) so I am starting as we speak protocol 1000. I have been taking MMS/CDS but on and off in the past. Also I have started to applying DMSO and MMS1 topically in the sacroiliac joint.
Jiddy322 mentions about gut problems (something to do with my micro flora) I have been also suffering from it for a few years, constipation and recently psoriasis on my scalp and a few tiny part on my body. To me it looks that everything is related, and as they say everything starts in the gut. I am starting an strict inflammatory diet too.
I was wondering if anyone had anything related spondyloarthritis, spondylitis sacroiliac joint...
I will start taking D-3&K-2 and magnesium supplements, I've read in other posts about collagen, turmeric etc..
I did take probiotics in the past, so maybe supplement this too.
Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated.
@Jiddy322: how is your progress, did you carry on with MMS1?
