Lots of foods are advertised as having antioxidants, but a list of ones definitely to avoid (within 2 hours of taking MMS) would be very helpful.

For example, I routinely use spirulina, chlorella, moringa, amarinth, chia, eyebright, bee pollen, cayenne, fish oil, vitamin E, cocoa powder, brewer's yeast, tomatoes, garlic, onions, papaya, red wine, etc., but I'm unsure of which ones to avoid within two hours during the protocol.

Thanks for your help.

There is not a set list. At least, I've never seen a set list published. I would suggest that you could go into Wikipedia and each of those things will say whether they're high antioxidant or not. As an example, I know that Vitamin E is high in antioxidants. Foods (with the exception of ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, high vitamin C, like oranges) which have vitamin E or even foods with vitamin C, are mostly OK, as they are whole foods with fibre -

It was suggested that my dad take CBD along with MMS for his bile duct cancer. He is suffering from extreme itching. I found on the forum that cannabis oil counteracts MMS. How about CBD (hemp) oil?

I think if you Google it that you will find hemp to be an antioxidant which will null and void the MMS. Wait a couple of hours after your last dose of MMS. Many people take supplements at night when done with the days protocol.

Hello,
Go to this link, curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1108464
it says that "Vit C is the only antioxidant Jim Humble states to be in conflict with MMS"
and "Oxygen therapy will create free radicals, but even more free radicals will form from pathogen die off, so antioxidants are a must during any healing regimen!"
Which means that you can consume any kind of food while you are on MMS
Blessings
