I've looked at the way to make CDS and it's daunting. Honestly I felt it was kind of beyond me to make. I see Keavy's Corner sells it though, but I don't know if that will work for lyme.

I always put my MMS in about 14 ounces of water, and chase it with another full 14 ounce glass of water. I understand the water should be acidic, like distilled water, but I put it in either neutral ph water of about 7, or even slightly alkaline water of 8 because of the acid problem.

Is that going to make it less effective?

Even with the alkaline water, I still get irritation, and the only way I can handle taking the MMS, even with all this water and at this PH, is if I'm taking Zantac. That's with only two drops of the MMS at a time. I still get acid and irritation but it's more tolerable.

I realize this is unusual, but I don't want to give up on the MMS.

By gelcaps, do you mean that you put the activated MMS in a capsule? I've wondered about that, but was concerned that it would be too concentrated when the capsule melts. Or is that not a problem when it gets where it's going?

Not at all. You put the drops in a vials and give enough time to react then using a dropper put the drops in the gelcaps close it and drink it as soon as possible. I always have the glass of water near me ready so I don't loose time taking the pill. Work like a charm.

I'll certainly try that.

I started using the HCL instead of the citric acid today to mix my mms. I've tried it 3 times so far today. I'm not sure yet, but I think it may be less irritating. I'll let you know. Maybe the citric acid didn't agree with me. My doctor wanted me on HCL with meals anyway, so maybe this could even help my digestion when I take it around meal time.

FYI , citric acid feed a bacteria in your intestine named Citrobacter and it overgrow causing you discomfort and diarrhea. If the doctor ask you to use HCL is because you have a rare condition that not have enough acid in your stomach to do the digestion also to kill bad bacteria and virus out of your body. Betaine HCL with Pepsin can help with that.

Do NOT use alkaline water with MMS.

Unless your doctor has diagnosed you with citrobacter, I'd hold off on deciding you have it.

Hi Pam and GJ,

I switched to HCL and did much better with that than the citric acid. Then I started putting the MMS mixture in a capsule, and chased it with 2 big glasses of water. So far I'm doing way better with that.

Thanks so much for the help! I'm going to try to begin doing 8 per day using the capsules. The only thing that makes this tricky is when I leave the house. Since I need to mix it and put it in the capsule just before taking it, and chase it with so much water, that will make it almost impossible to do while out of the home. But at least I'll get it many days.

If you have any other ideas please let me know. Thanks!!!!

I have the same problem for that reason I decided to modify the doses daily to only four that way I have time to work and get cured. So far is working. In my case I start at 6 pm and end at 9 pm. For me to get ready for tha short period I was two weekds taking 6 drops daily once a day.
Why you drinking so much water, that no MMS2, is MMS activated. You can drink your pill with 4 ounces of water.

Do I understand you correctly? Drinking a lot of water with MMS will deactivate it?

I've been told the opposite by a couple different people. I'm hoping that its okay to drink a lot because I seem to need it to be diluted for my stomach.

Also, once the MMS has been activated, is it okay to put it in neutral PH water rather than acidic PH water? It seems to have worked for me like that, but am I rendering it less effective?

dilution will not negatively affect the MMS - not to worry. Jim, in our training, talked about the capsule method - as you notice there's a section in the book with that information. He made up a small dose of MMS, activated, with water, which he kept in a small squeeze bottle, sort of like an Afrin bottle or an eyedrop bottle. He also had a handful of empty capsules - when it came time to dose, he would squeeze his pre-made MMS into the capsule and take it with extra water.
