And yes there is indeed die off, Pam!!
It's been a challenging month for sure. I do not want to give up, but I'm getting sick of feeling so rotten. I passed what I believe to be some kind of flukes a couple weeks ago. There were several of them and I probably missed many others when I just did not have the courage to dig through the stuff after my colemas. Anyway. I think these flukes are lung flukes. I'll post photos when I learn how to get photos from my phone into this forum. Maybe someone has passed similar looking "things" and I can gain more insight into this "die off."
I am somewhat discouraged with my inability to strictly follow the NO gluten, dairy and sugar diet. And as I mentioned in a previous post, learning that almost everything I eat is rich in antioxidants, is another discouraging part of all of this right now. BTW I am NOT vegetarian.
I certainly would like to do my absolute best to follow the protocol, but I've slipped up here and there. Eating too much honey with almond butter, then rice bread (mfg by "Food for Life') and about once a month I put brie or feta on rice bread toast, or rice cakes (I just know this is not the best thing!) and drizzle honey onto that… I know those parasites must be very pleased with me when I do that! . I am seeing die off, but I fear that I am never going to get to the end of this with my slip ups. And of course the antioxidants rendering the CLO2 inactive.
I'd appreciate any words of encouragement from those of you who are also doing the K-PP. Thanks ~joyce
