No Vitamin C
No antioxidants
The cure you wish to effect, is oxidation of the issue.
Antioxidants stop MMS from oxidising disease/
I believe antioxidants is simply a way to keep us ill....being as Oxidation is the cure.
So a quick recap.
No Vit C, no antioxidants.
Natural sources of C are OK no added Vit C.

Just as an aside - coffee and tea are high in antioxidants. If you have a food that you particularly like, you can look it up on google using the word antioxidants with the food name - as a sample - antioxidants apples.

I like it when new folks ask questions. This gives me a chance to relearn what I'm supposed to know after all this time I've been around the MMS communities. I am in my 4th month of the Kalcker Parasite Protocol and seeing results. I'm also having an especially difficult month since the full moon started. I've passes what I identify as lung flukes. Whatever they are, better out than in!

Anyway, I have been doing my best to avoid sugar, gluten, dairy, and antioxidants. I miss my green smoothies in the morning! I'm not interested in having a green smoothie in the evening, so I no longer get green smoothies. I decided I would manage this for a year on the protocol. However, I have been questioning many of the foods I normally eat and with Pam's suggestion to google food+antioxidants, I have learned that almost everything I eat is loaded with antioxidants.

This has been an especially challenging month on the protocol, but I now think I am never going to succeed on this protocol because I cannot avoid eating broccoli, kale, apples, almonds…( the list goes on and on.) I AM seeing results from doing the K-PP, but I wonder if I'm undoing the benefits by eating almost anything at all!!

I'm hoping for some encouragement. I've picked up 20 of the 70 lbs I dropped several years ago. I think the parasites are going to win!

One might google the ill effects of caffeine and skip the cuppa swill however if you must...
MMS lasts 2 hrs in bloodstream.
I do not know how long the effects of caffeine/coffee last but you can see the difficulty. Waking and drinking antiOx can cancel out MMS Oxi power taken during the peak period of performance of the antioxidants..
So the question I think becomes, how long does coffee anti oxidants last?
Basic rule of thumb is wait two hours however I am unsure that is a correct period of time for caffeine/coffee. Keep in mind that Oxidation is the cure for disease and anti oxidants prevent oxidation....

As an aside, I used to drink coffee. Quit some 16 years ago trying to rebalance my health. What I found w/MMS is that I slept less and woke immediately, fresh and brite. No AM grog requiring stimulants to face my day.

Today we know that caffeine inhibits healing, jacking the nervous system (and even) preventing proper rest and sleep due to this stimulating property.

As you are on Andreas' Kalcker protocol, have you seen his video where he talks about balancing oxidants and antioxidants?

I think that the more you want to get well, the more willing you are to give up things that MIGHT affect the MMS. Better to be without for a month or two than to wonder why the MMS is not working for you.

Mark did a 29 reasons MMS is not working for you - and one of the things he mentioned was drinking coffee -

Rev Ray,
Thanks for the link to the Kalcker presentation. Each time I watch that, I assimilate just a bit more. I appreciate hearing Andreas present the science behind CLO2.

But I'm still uncertain about what to eat and drink. Rather than a list of what needs to be avoided, I'd like to know what CAN i eat that will not inactivate the chlorine dioxide? When I google food+antioxidant it seems almost everything I eat is antioxidant. Can anyone who feels you are eating "correctly" and getting results, in other words, you are not rendering the CLO2 inactive please give me some practical information here?
(Thanks, for any encouragement I have been feeling pretty crummy this month. I know this makes me a bit on the impatient and discouraged side of the emotional scale.)
