MMS and food was created by Loka2rhyme
Hi all and happy new year. I'm new here, started using MMS yesterday 3 drops and today 4 drops activated (50%) Citric Acid. But I have had a lot of pain in the stomach - I guess I now have to drop back to 2/3 drops.
Secondly, I have been detoxing for about 2 weeks with no junk food, no sugar, no meat, no prescribed drugs or non prescribed drugs, using supplements and eating vegetables.
Please can someone help, can I use MMS and eat meat & fish, rice, chicken plus maintaining my vegs? Because I have lost about 10kg within 2 weeks and I don't want to loose more weight.
I'm detoxifying 1 and half ARV meds from my system - Can you help? I saw the HIV/Aids protocal but it says little on the diet- Needs some more information.
Thank you and would appreciate your feedback

Jim does not believe in removing meat from the diet - he's got a couple of newsletters about it. Click on the Newsletter link above and sort backwards - I can't remember the date of it right off, sorry - OR click on Index, go down to the Newsletter link for newsletters that have been posted on the forum, and see if it's there.
