I develop achilles heel tendonitis when I take a lot of CDS. I don't think it directly CAUSES it but is probably the domino effect somehow ....maybe due to fewer antioxidants? I obviously have the tendency to develop it but it actually happens when I take CDS and lessens when I don't take it.

Then when I take it again and/or more, it flares up more - the tendonitis is very painful and causes me to limp. When I don't take CDS and take the antioxidants like C, etc, tendonitis improves - I am hoping it will go away but it has not thus far since I do need to take the CDS off and on for a condition. I have tested this theory of the connection very, very many times and am sure that there is a connection.

One friend's advice which I will now try is to try CDH instead of CDS.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this or do you have advice? Would MMS2 help or how would it be different? I have not tried MMS2 or CDH yet.

thanks so much - Blessings to all!

Interesting. I have taken a lot of CDS but haven't noticed a problem although I tend to have tendinitis everywhere as part of my condition, it has not increased.
I'd use DMSO topically over the tendinitis and switch over to CDH as suggested. Keep us posted. Bets wishes
