Hi there, I've just finished p1000 for 3 weeks. I still haven't built up to 3 drops x 8 times per day to due to headaches, but at the start I was on 1/2 drop every 2nd day, but now I can do say 3 drops x 5 times per day. When you have the pathogen in the brain and lymph node, the issue is clearing the brain of toxins and dead bugs. I've found coriander leaf and micronized zeolite clay to be best at alleviating headaches along with salmon oil and angstrom sized minerals. I'm thinking long term, dmso with hemp oil would be best for getting into the brain but hemp oil I find psychotropic. What are people's thoughts of taking mms for longer than weeks. I am concerned about gut bacteria... is this an unfounded concern? Why do people take mms long term if it were not to compensate for missing good gut bacteria they've also killed off? (or am I wrong?) Why is protocol 1000 limited to 3 weeks? Thank you.

Are you drinking lots of water? this may be why you are suffering headaches. I took 17 drops of activated MMS per hour for 18 months. You may like to see this link
instead of 3 drops of MMS1 hourly for 5 hours, try 2 drops for 8 hours and build on that, we use sprite, tonic water, aloe juice or capsules to mask the taste here at the center and it is wonderful. You could take probiotics during the evening to assist the gut. Protocol 1000 is not limited in time.

Adi, if you want to do the aloe drink, I have explored all around, and the one that is used at the Bulgarian center is the right one to use. It has no added vitamin C. It can be found in the US at SOME walmarts, and online.

Michelle Heaton added this piece of information -
an Aloe drink made by OKF, we have tested the natural, pomegranate , and pineapple but not the rest.

I'm going to test the peach for you, Amanda Mary, :silly:

I have to order mine online, but it's worth it, I think. I get mine at www.superaloelicious.com/ I noticed one one of the Q&A boards that someone said that Albertson's might carry it. I will be checking this next week.

Hi Pam, this way of taking MMS/CDS is a true blessing, let me know how you get on with the peach. We also have found capsules that can be used for daily dose, we work with alot of taste management here, we therefore need plan A, plan B, plan C, plan D and plan E.

Great video. Did you suffer any intestinal distress on such a high dosage at any point? Were you taking probiotics? I've started drinking more water. I just wonder how useful probiotics are if one has many pounds of gut bacteria: how much would a glass of something be worth? But it's a good suggestion. Thanks.

In one book I read it states:
"Since most pathogenic bacteria, viruses and fungi are anaerobic, increasing the oxygen blood and tissue levels is devastating to candida. This may be accomplished by ozone taken intravenously, rectal or vaginal ozone insufflation, oral homozone, hydrogen peroxide or dioxychloride. Di-oxy-chloride is not the same as chlorine. It is oxygen nascently bonded to a chloride ion and may be taken orally. Gradually increasing doses over four days is usually enough to stimulate the immune system and provide an oxygenated inhospitable environment for candida. Oxygen lyses (cuts open) the outer coating of candida thus exposing it to the immune system. Here we see again how important a healthy immune system is. High oxygen may also kill off some helpful intestinal flora. Reinstituting with acidophilus/bifidus is important to prevent intestinal distress which may follow."

I thought that it was not supposed to kill off useful flora...
Can anyone answer that question?
thanks
