Short update! :)

2-3 days after kidney stone came out, pain was gone entirely. But had an false alarm attack when I had too much to eat at a buffet, about an hour after that.

Back on 2 drop - protocol 1000, working towards 3 again. Feeling tired, detox style.

Should I be taking MMS2? It just arrived, but I was thinking since it is not life threatening, I could go slow with P1000.

Good to hear from you BG!

If I was you I would give the MMS2 a try. It won't hurt to see what happens and it may be really good. The mechanism of action for the two MMSs is different so it may be easier on you. Plus, your kidney needs some serious support and both MMSs can only be good I think.

Just start with only a quarter capsule or even less if you want and just see how you feel.

Wow, Michael, you are right about trying MMS2 out.

I was on P2K/3Drops, and once I pop in a 3/4 capsule in the evening, I had a flareup (rusty urine) and nausea was moderate. Have mild ache and pain in BOTH kidneys and tract area just at the bladder.

Back onto P1K/3.

Hi BG,

It is good you at least tried the mms2. 3/4 of a capsule is a pretty good dose. Bruce was saying he gets quite a benefit from just 1/4 capsule. If you run into too much pain on mms1 you could switch to mms2 and see if it helps.

You can also put a capsule or half a capsule of mms2 into a cup and a half of water and drink gulps of it periodically. That's how I take it. Follow with plain water or something else because it can be acidic.

Seems like to me your urinary tract was really in need of help when you started this, and it is a good thing you did. If you wait till there's a major malfunction then you need doctors to help you out of it sometimes. I think you are doing the right thing just going slow and keeping everything bearable. I think that is what Jim would say.

Plus your urinary tract (UT) is part of your detox/elimination system so it gets more work if the MMS is killing off other things in your system. The fact that you got that one stone out already proves that you are making good progress, and the best thing is just to maintain patience and do the best supporting your UT that you can do.

Thanks very much for the updates and feedback; everyone can learn that way.

Keep up the good work,

Michael

Hi Michael,

I'm off MMS for a few days now, and noticed there is still blood in urine when I have not enough to drink. Should I continue to pop vitamin C or continue with lower dosage of MMS?

There is no pain in the kidneys now, just mild discomfort in the UT.

Apart from taking lots of fluid, I am researching what else I should take as well.

I was wondering, since MMS2 is what the immune system produces naturally, and that Vit C is for helping it as well, can they be taken together?

Vit C is needed to strengthen cell walls, connective tissues. It will help speed up the healing in your kidney. While you take a break from MMS, take elevated quantities of Vit C.

I don't know of any information that Vitamic C interferes or interacts with MMS2 - the active principal in MMS2, hypochlorous acid, is operating in the body all the time, and healing is generally positively affected by intake of Vitamin C. So, should be fine.

Vitamin C will neutralize MMS1/chlorine dioxide in the bloodstream. Not dangerous, but counterindicated. Take Vitamin C one to two hours after last dose of MMS1 for the day.
