My 3 step plan to rid of herpes

1. Detox and go on raw food diet for 3 weeks
2. Use MMS for 3 weeks to weaknen or kill the virus
3. Antiviral detox supplements to finish off the job


This is my plan guys. I will finish detoxing in a week and I will purchase some mms products to take next.

What do you guys think? Do you feel this is enough to rid myself of the virus??

well, im currently doing john d's herpes protocol, but it lasts for 6 weeks...then an additional 2 week's after to make sure the virus is completley gone for good! from my research, most people stop having outbreak's after the 2-3 week's of following through with protocol, but in my case, it's taking me longer, because i started doing the mms/dmso enema's, and come to find out, ive had intestinal roundworms....they were coming out dead in the toilet while doing enema's...sounds nasty, but i'm just trying to be specific. im hoping my experience can help others to be aware of any health issue's they may be having as well. i was told to eat grilled chicken breast, eggs, bread, noodles, or rice, and a little dairy if i want...this is what i've been eating during my protocol, because i need to consume lots of protein while taking the mms2 capsules. and, i am drinking only cold, distilled water all throughout the day. so, due to my other issue's that the mms is having to battle, i've had an outbreak almost the entire time of doing this protocol...it's trying to run, and my body is oxygenated, so it's at the surface which is causing constant outbreak's!! today is day 29, so i'm praying that anyday now, ill no longer see outbreak's, and then, i acn continue with maitenance doses to clean up whatevers left..good luck to u

Thanks, i plan on doing johns protocol as well. Can you message me the details of getting started. Like the mixing and stuff. Its still a little confusing to me. Theres an antiviral kit I can send you the link to which may help you as well. But I plan on doing the john d protocol next week. Do you have a skype or email??

Hello, I am new to all this. I just started the MMS Protocol 1000 3 days ago. Before starting this I am going on week 8 of having an outbreak. I am desperate for relief. Im concerned w/ my immune system bottoming out. I am taking a multi vitamin, garlic pills & B12. Is this ok? I have cut out all high algnine foods. Do u suggests anything else? Also, what is the john D protocol?

Take a dry clean spray bottle, preferably new. A small 50ml spray bottle will suffice.

in a seperate clean glass cup, add 10 drops of MMS and 10 drops of 4% HCL(idealy) activator or 25% Citric Acid activator.

Wait 30 seconds for proper activation. If your MMS and Activator are good quality, you should get a nice yellow/brown activation and a strong chlorine dioxide gas smell.

Proceed to fill the rest of the 50ml spray bottle with purified water, seal shut with spray lid, and mix in a circular motion.

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. After this, its ready to use

Apply 3 sprays onto infected area, wait about 30 seconds and dab area dry with clean soft tissue. Re-apply 3 sprays and so on, until you have sprayed the area consistently about 4 times. In other words, 3 sprays 4 times. You may do this process in the morning, mid day and before bedtime.

During spraying session, try not to keep the spray bottle in your hand during the 30 second intervals, since this will heat up the bottle and we dont want it to gas out and loose potency. You want the MMS spray to stay strong so refrigerate after use.

This will help relieve the pain and will dry the herpes on the skin. This may even make it disapear in the matter of 3 days or more.


This should help control those embarrassing breakouts during herpes detox protocals.

I am using 100% squeezed lemon juice, is this okay?

You have to use 5x the lemon juice as the unactivated MMS.

I would recommend that you not use lemon juice to activate the MMS because the testing that Charlotte did suggests that lemon juice is a very poor activator and if you're going to spray the mixture on your skin, as apposed to drinking it, there is no additional activator like the hcl in the stomach.

Thanks Scott. To be totally honest,I am exhausted Mentally & Physically. As i posted earlier, I have had a constant out break for 8 straight weeks. I am on my 6th day of MMS & lemon juice protocol 1000. I am seeing no relief. Before the constant OB, 8 weeks ago, this has been going on since January 2013 with only 1 wk of no OB. I have went to Dr. finding nothing that helped. I am still trying to figure out what & when I can eat on the Protocol 1000 (not eating much). Trying to figure out how to take my vitamins & keep up my immune system. What do you think about Fulvic acid supplement. Can I add this. I have been told that a constant OB can be an underlying cause of Fulvic acid??? Also, are you saying I should go with an activator vs lemon juice when consuming protocol 1000? What is hcl? Not sure if I can handle the information & process of the PAMMS-1 right now.

HCL is hydrochloric acid, it's what is already in our stomachs. And actually, I do think it is also better to activate with either 50% citric acid or 4% HCL. Lemon juice just isn't a very good activator, sorry to say. Here's Charlotte's chart on that:



I'm not sure about Fulvic Acid.
