What can I do since I have braces? They are not metal but the ceramic ones. I have a nickel and titanium wire that is supposed to expand my mouth. I am doing cilantro and garlic dressing and doing mms1 and mms2. My braces should come off in 6 months. Should I also not do dmso orally since it will cause the metals to leach as I swallow it down? I have taken a 99% pure teaspoon in 8oz of water.
